“So initially I wanted to put a 3 only for 2 reasons, more than half the time some of my food will be missing and I order for more than just myself so can't have that lol also if I ask for no ice they usually put ice and I will have to ask for a new one, my teeth have all kinds of metal fillings and normal fillings so things that are to hot or to cold hurt my teeth so bad, like sharp pain through my entire jaw/face/neck, i also am super grossed out by commercial ice machines but regardless I am putting a 4 only because the staff has excellent customer service and never gives me hassle which is cool. I don't go there alot but I do have the app for when I go so I get points l, redeem stuff and get good deals. But out of all the 3 McDonald's I've been to in reno this is my favorite one because the staff is cool about everything.“
“I was helped at the front counter by a very sweet lady, 2 weeks ago, whom I think may have been the shift manager (morning shift). She was extremely patient and understanding with my situation and went the extra mile for me even though they were very busy at the time. I greatly appreciated her empathy and understanding, her care, attention, and generosity are rare things these days and were such a blessing. “I used to work in the area so I'd stop by here numerous times. Most of the time, I've gone through the drive thru, but I have dined in a couple times. The dining area is not that big, but big enough for me to meet with clients away from other diners. Both times, the area was clean, no complaints. Food and service have been good.“

Machine always working.Came for a job interview manager never contacted me with a yes or no on resume .Disgusting surroundings most the time gross tables and clutter everywhere , if the tables are that gross imagine how often the play place for your children get cleaned.Wheelchair accessibility: NO AUTOMATIC DOORS. We had to hold doors open for disabled people , not a big deal but not accesible for especially workers that may be handi capped.“
“I opted for McDonald’s in the airport because it was the most affordable food option available. Fortunately, I was very pleased with the food, and I thought everything tasted great. The dining area is also clean, modern, and well kept! Also, I tried the McCafe chocolate chip cookie for the first time, and it was honestly .. really good. Like, a lot better than I was expecting!“

“Love McDonald's morning crew that makes breakfast. They always cooking something super good smelling, tasty, nutritional Sunday homemade breakfast like mom made back in the day, and it's affordable. Orders are made as ordered and they come out fast, hot, and with desired items. ♥️♥️Parking: There is parking in front, in, back, both left and right driveways. We also have access to a small parking area between Jack In The Box and McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: We are definitely kid friendly! “I work close to this McDonalds located by Wedge Drive. I probably go to this location one- two times a week, and this has been since May 2023. The customer service is awesome! Immediate service at the drive thru box, and very nice people to order from. I usually order a Big Mac but with No cheese nor pickles, this is the only mcdonald's that has EVER correctly made the order time after time. I feel so content on receiving my food and not having to stop and look to make sure it's correct before pulling out of the drive thru. The lines are always moving quickly as well, so if you know you have a short break but are afraid of lines this McDonalds knows how to do their job!“

I bought the Big Mac and the chicken nuggets- thinking I'd get two different toys...Just a kid at heart that likes the challenge of collecting all the characters!Meal was packaged nicely and included napkins and straws!“
“I felt like a fish sandwich so I stopped at this McDonalds. I feel like $5.80 for such a tiny sandwich is overpriced but that's on McDonalds and not the fault of this location. There was nobody in the drive through ahead of me at about 2:20 today. By the time I ordered, paid, and drove to the window my sandwich was ready. I asked for extra tartar sauce and she went in the back and returned with a COMPLETELY FULL container. Which was nice because I like a little fish sandwich with my tarter sauce. “There can be a big line with one lane closed sometimes but the people there are always so nice. They are the only place that doesn't make excuses and say the ice cream/shake machine is not working. They can mess up large orders but they apologize profusely. I understand how hard it can be working at a very popular fast food store so please keep that in mind and let them know if something went wrong. I strongly believe that this McD is the best“
“When in the course of human events it becomes necessary to enjoy some delicious yet overpriced fast food, McDonalds on Kietzke does the trick.I got two spicy McChickens with extra mustard, add mayonnaise and a diet coke. The food was good. I have no complaints about the taste or presentation.
