It is strange how the Popeyes phone app... gives you a number for your order.But when you get there they want to know your name... which can create a problem when you're picking up for another family member... And you don't know they signed up with their initials... But when you show them the screenshot and it only has the order number from the app, It becomes difficult for them to find the order
