Can't go wrong with the classic chicken sandwich and beans and rice on the side.
After 45 minutes of waiting and reminding them that we ordered, we got burned mac and cheese, which I'm not even sure if you can even call what otherworldly substance they put in it "cheese". Along with chicken strips, which we reminded them were supposed to be spicy 3 times (we forgot to say when we were ordering, so immediately after the receipt printed, we asked for spicy), and it still came not spicy. Food was cold. We said we wanted a sweet tea when taking our order. They were also out of the lids for small sodas. Absolutely horrible, never coming again, warning others if popeyes is ever brought up near this place.

the food's okay but every single time i've gone, the staff has been unnecessarily rude. i'm always polite and respectful, i often even tip in the drive thru. but for some reason the employees here don't have any respect for the customer. there was no one in front of me or behind me and yet i waited over 6 minutes at the speaker with no acknowledgment and then over 10 minutes at the window for 2 sandwiches. then when they forgot my drink and i had to get her attention, she had a huge attitude and took a tone even though i just asked if i could please get my drink. i understand that customer service is hard, i work as a server, but the staff here are rude and entitled. the food isn't good enough to put up with it.

Had a pleasant experience. Food was good and the staff was friendly. Food came out fast and I got all my sauces. Had a good conversation with the order taker at window.
I ordered the popcorn shrimp and most everything in it was just fried batter. No shrimp in it. The scoop of redheads and rice was pathetic! The fried chicken was just fine.

It is strange how the Popeyes phone app... gives you a number for your order.But when you get there they want to know your name... which can create a problem when you're picking up for another family member... And you don't know they signed up with their initials... But when you show them the screenshot and it only has the order number from the app, It becomes difficult for them to find the order

If I can give them zero stars I would, I went here to pick up an order and it was a mess. So I was here at 7:16pm the girl working there didn’t have a name tag but was the only girl there, didn’t acknowledge me, she kept walking back and forth but the two non black people that came in after me she helped them, she still was unprofessional but atleast she acknowledged them. She also was talking to her friends, then proceeded to make 4 sandwiches for FREE for her little friends there and I had to wait 20 extra minutes for a customers order because they ran out of chicken fillets. Also one of the girls friend said the n word which made me very uncomfortable. I’ll be reaching out to cooperate. It’s super unprofessional here and racist. It’s like a circus, no structure whatsoever.

Stopped in for a normal visit to Popeyes here in Reno after a whole bunch of driving through five states. Was tired and hungry and was greeted by Jackie & Nancy, they were so friendly that it made the food taste better and my day brighter.?Best fast food experience possible… a warm smile and a bit of laughter goes a long way ???
