“In my opinion, amazing fries. We got it as a nice snack after dinner and it exceeded my expectations. The fries were crispy and the sauces complimented each other. There was a lot of cheese though, i personally like a lot of cheese so the amount was perfect but it might not be for others. One thing I would like on this though is an option to add some sort of meat, I'll definitely spend a couple more dollars for some meat mixed into it. Definitely would come back for these again“
“Excellent prices, friendly service, served fairly quickly. Good salsa bar. Fresh cilantro. Good salsas. Good. Food is good. Taste is just a wee bit, older or a bit bland but still good taste. They make everything. The pupusas are amazing. The lady makes every one fresh, every time, batches at a time. You can see her. The front room is busy but the back room is a nicer more relaxing space to sit. Smelled of chemicals, but only cause they keep it clean. We will remember this and return when we are in this area.“
“I was feeling sad about the old El Salvador restaurant on Forest st being gone for like 4 years now and I got a craving for pupusas. This place has rice that looked similar to what the other restaurant used to make. It looked like my best bet. I can't believe I never noticed this place before. It's been around for a while. I am very happy with my decision to try them out. I got beans, rice, and cheese pupusas. All delicious and my tummy is full and happy but not bloating. This is my new pupusa craving fix. The people working there were also very pleasant. I like them.“
“This used to be one of my favorite places because the pupusas are a 10 but I hadn't been there in a while and it's changed. Last time I went I ordered a ceviche tostada and I'd give it a 3, lots of shrimp but mostly ketchup. The curtido for the pupusas used to be bomb, and now it's meh. The biggest part for me tho, was THE MUSIC!!!! Loud worship music is not what I want to listen to when I'm eating pupusas with my kids. (granted, we're not religious. It might be alright if you are). The pupusas are still a 10.“
“This Hidden gem that i was so fortunate to find; food is as fresh as it could be, always tasty, never disappoints, amazing selection of Salvadorenian and Mexican food, Im Colombian but i enjoy all their foods specially Yucca frita and Pupusas RevueltasYES IT TAKES LONG TIME BECAUSE ITS NOT MCDONALDS, the food is made to order therefore might take a bit, The service is always friendly, even taking phone orders, i love this place, i recommend it to my friends all the time.Vegetarian options: pupusas, sweet plantain“
“Pupusas are OMG! ?The customer service is always very friendly and if you dont want to wait they are always willing to take your order over the phone, the flavors and love on this restaurant is really remarkable, i am a weekly customer for sure would recommend“
“We saw enough good reviews here to intrigue us, plus we’d tried all the other small Mexican restaurants nearby.Fantastic!! I had the el pastor burrito with a side of guacamole salsa. Very tasty, piping hot and a good value. (Not spicy, you can add spicy salsa for a kick.)My partner had the el pastor soft corn taco plate with a side of rice and beans, and was very happy with his meal. The staff were friendly & happy to chat in English & very patient with my limited Spanish. We will definitely come back!“
