I ordered their seasonal pistachio latte, which I love. Unfortunately, this location, compared to other locations must either not know the recipes for the drinks or they must severely water down their products like milk or the pistachio sauce. I literally left this location and went to the other location on patriot to purchase another drink, where they actually made the drink as it supposed to taste. I will never go back to this location and I recommend if you are concerned about the depth of flavor in your drink that you consider going to another location. Unless you prefer a watered down beverage.

We placed a mobile order before heading to this Starbucks location. Both of the drinks we ordered were made correctly, which is always a relief when adding multiple modifications per drink. Our order was ready for the most part by the time we got to the window.The only issue was that they had run out of ham and cheese croissants (we ordered two, and they only had one left) so they asked what we wanted to replace it with and ended up going with the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The barista at the window asked us to park in front of the store while we waited for them to heat the sandwich up and no less than a minute later, another barista brought it out to our car. All the of baristas were very helpful and friendly.We also got a vanilla bean scone and blueberry muffin, which were delicious as per usual.This location always makes my drink order(s) correctly and has a drive thru line that moves quickly compared to some of the other locations.Vegetarian options: All of the pastries and bagels are vegetarian friendly. As for sandwiches, they have the spinach and feta egg wrap, grilled cheese, and my favorite- the mozzarella tomato and basil panini.Parking: 20+ spotsWheelchair accessibility: There are two handicap parking spots right in front of the patio area and a ramp leading to the front door of the Starbucks.

I have been a patron of Starbucks for 15 plus years thus I was amazed when I went through a drive thru of a newly constructed Starbucks on South Virginia, Reno NV minutes away from the store opening. I tapped on the window to ask a simply question both employees looked at me and totally ignored me as though I wasn't there needless to say I will never be going to that Starbucks again.Luckily, I happened upon the Starbucks store on Longley Lane and met an amazing young woman, Lauryn who was polite, courteous and upbeat, a far cry from the employees on South Virginia.I would highly recommend this store because of the friendliness I encountered.

Starbucks doesn't need my review. I mean, it's Starbucks. If you don't like the service at this one, drive a minute to the next one. What they do have is consistency. What mcDonalds is to salty ground beef and potatoes, Starbucks is to coffee. It's hot, black, and waiting for me.p.s-the service is just fine-friendly and fast.

One of the worst Starbucks in town. Every time I get a coffee here it is not close to a full cup. I ordered a venti and received a grande after paying and in a hurry I couldn't be bothered to return. I work in the area and refuse to come back to this place after many times of poor service .
