I stood in line for 10 minutes being totally ignored by the barista with medium brown hair just for them to rudely tell me they didn’t have what I wanted. The Starbucks in the same shopping center were super nice and it took maybe 5 minutes total it’s better to just go to the real one

Yelp says Starbucks closes at 8:00 PM. I walked over at 7:18 PM and the lady said they are closed. Please update your hours accordingly.

Never busy, service is faster and better than the drive through on the corner.

Of the Starbucks in the surrounding area this one is the best! I will go to this one any day because they are nice, clean, quick and they seem to care.

Let's just talk about Shannon for a minute!!! She is the absolute best !! Sooooo friendly !!!! Fixed my drink right away explained the situation and was overall the sweetest and so apologetic about my drink even thought it was just a minor inconvenience she took the time to chat with me and make sure I was satisfied with my drink even though they were extremely busy and clearly understaffed !!!! ! She is doing amazing training the new staff at this location I couldn't say enough good things about this location and the management !!! :)

I have up to 3 STARBUCKS in the last 3 days and all were temporarily closed for no reason. What's up? Big inconvenience!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Don't have much else to say other than that if there are any cars in the drive thru you can expect it to take at least 10-15 minutes to get through. On this particular visit, there were 6 cars in the drive thru and it took 17 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru until The time I got my coffee. It seems as though they don't start making the drink until you've arrived at the window.

Nicest staff you can ask for. Cashier is simply lovely and staff efficient and focused. Clean inside and staff conscience of Covid precautions.

The coffee I got was burnt coffee. I will never return. The quality has gone down greatly.

Timing is everything? Yup! Of course had to stop today to get the free holiday cups! Of course you need to get the grande specialty drinks. As we were waiting, the line started to increase.. four cars behind me and three cars in front. Hubby uses the app and says we needed to spend $20 to get 75 stars... Our purchase total was $10.25... but he always falls for those gimmicks.. like buy one get one free etc.. When I got to the window and showed her his phone, she said the car in front paid for ours!!! Perfect timing! Thank you to the car in front!

Friendly service. Coffee was good. Online order to 20+ minutes. Watched people walk in, order and leave before me. Only one person working on online orders and several for the counter and drive thru. Lesson learned, online order is low priority at this location.

Specifically asked about the buy 1 get 1 for happy hour today and got home only to find out that they didn't apply the promo.
