Let's just talk about Shannon for a minute!!! She is the absolute best !! Sooooo friendly !!!! Fixed my drink right away explained the situation and was overall the sweetest and so apologetic about my drink even thought it was just a minor inconvenience she took the time to chat with me and make sure I was satisfied with my drink even though they were extremely busy and clearly understaffed !!!! ! Timing is everything? Yup! Of course had to stop today to get the free holiday cups! Of course you need to get the grande specialty drinks. As we were waiting, the line started to increase.. four cars behind me and three cars in front. Hubby uses the app and says we needed to spend $20 to get 75 stars...
