“My husband and I went to celebrate the Marine Corps 250th birthday at the outback. He received a free special lunch that he just raved about and I also ordered the grilled shrimp with a salad and the French onion soup. All of the food was excellent and the entire staff made us both feel respected and appreciated for my husband's service. Our server did an excellent job of pacing our meal so we always had our food but were never rushed. She was always there with the water and at the same time was quite busy taking care of many other customers. At the end of the meal our server offered to box up our cheesecake dessert to take home, perhaps knowing that we would enjoy it more later, and we did! Everyone there just did an amazing job to provide us with great food and a most enjoyable dining experience. We had not been to to a Outback in many years but we will definitely return to the Reno location soon.“

“Used my two free nights coupon this past week. I’m an out of towner visiting family from the Southeast. Did some slots, table games and ate at Mels too. Overall had a good experience but my only issues were the vending machines next to the ice maker was bare, and the lady at the desk Thursday morning had an attitude when I asked for someone to help with a blocked drain the tub. Shout out to Albert at the Guitar Bar, the ladies at the Keno desk, Dave and Matt with guest services too, very friendly and patient. Looking forward to coming back in the winter!“

“I am a bit behind in this review, but I must say this place was really good. My husband and I went there for our anniversary, and it was an incredible experience! We did the Tableside Caesar Salad for two, and they even make the dressing right in front of you! We also had the Tableside Steak Diane, and the show for that was impressive. We shared a side of the Maine Lobster Whipped Potatoes, which was pretty good as well. Since it was our anniversary, we got a dessert and split it. It isn't on their menu now (or perhaps it's only served for special occasions), but I think it was a Chocolate Mousse something (picture is attached). And we also really enjoyed the tableside manner of our server, Robert!“

“As an appetizer, we had the crispy eggplant. It was wonderful, it was a generous portion with a fantastic texture I wasn't used to in eggplant. The Caesar salad was also very large. One is plenty for 2 people. It was delicious. I had pan seared scallops and my bf had NY steak. I loved the yuzu sauce with the scallops and the steak was so tender and delicious. It was a big steak and we could not finish it. Made a tasty midnight snack.“

“This is a heavy gym that I feel like a lot of people don’t know about because it’s in a very small casino. I love the special that they have from 4 to 5 PM. You get bread salad wine your main course and a dessert for $40 a person and fantastic. The service is excellent. Very clean and classy. We come here almost every weekend. Love it. Didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but he was fantastic and I’ve seen him multiple times here. Give me a free sample of wine, which was a nice size stating that my boss was smaller than should’ve been thank you so much.“

“My husband and I had a belated anniversary dinner at Biggest Little Steakhouse on 10-19-2023. This was our first visit, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Brian who was very personable and had a great sense of humor. He explained the menu, providing many nice details, and explained their service model (we were sitting outside and after taking our drink order, he explained that we were to place our order with a staff member inside the restaurant and that our meal would be brought to us). We had a filet mignon, peppercorn sauce, and red wine braised mushrooms. The filet was very tender (Brian had explained that both the filet mignon and pork chop were prepared using a special cooking method) and the mushrooms were tasty – good enough to take home our extra. We also enjoyed the focaccia bread, although we preferred it with the herbed butter that came with the filet and olive oil & vinegar we requested after trying the special blend they usually serve with bread – nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t to our taste. The service was excellent throughout – responsive without being intrusive. The warm cookies that were served with the bill were a nice finishing touch. We’ll be back again and are especially looking forward to trying the Beef Wellington bites and pot pie. We also liked that the music at a nice volume level and the style was reminiscent of a speakeasy. Don’t forget happy hour daily from 5-6 and again the last open hour!“
