“Used my two free nights coupon this past week. I’m an out of towner visiting family from the Southeast. Did some slots, table games and ate at Mels too. Overall had a good experience but my only issues were the vending machines next to the ice maker was bare, and the lady at the desk Thursday morning had an attitude when I asked for someone to help with a blocked drain the tub. Shout out to Albert at the Guitar Bar, the ladies at the Keno desk, Dave and Matt with guest services too, very friendly and patient. Looking forward to coming back in the winter!“

“Where do I start! From the hostess who sat us, to the server, the general manager, the cook,the lady who brought us our food and of course LORI. I am appreciative of everyone. This is a true show of how an amazing steakhouse should run. You can see that everyone is truly working in harmony to give the best experience every time. I loved my ENTIRE meal from appetizer to dessert. Such an amazing and memorable experience. Have been to multiple steakhouses in Reno Casinos ( Atlantis, j resort, legends) this by far is the best. Thank you!“

“Service was on spot, Bryce gave us very valuable insight on the meals offered. This was also our very first time at any Ramsay's Kitchen. The Lamb Lollipops is a must order, flavor was great, texture and doness was fabulous. I don't have a sophisticated palate and have yet to venture out in the food world so this next review is to be taken lightly. It is regarding the famous Beef Wellington, the plating was beautiful, the wrapped patstry was fantastic along with the sauce and side items that come along with it. the Filet Mignon was very tender but personally the texture of it wasn't for me. I would still definitley recommend to order it if it is your very first time trying a Beef Wellington to cross it off your list. All in all a very good experience.“

“If you’re at Peppermill in Reno, whether you’re visiting or a local this restaurant is absolutely worth checking out for a dinner date or even a business dinner.
First off, the space is beautiful. The decor is unique and really sets the mood for a nice evening out. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which I always appreciate.
Quick heads up though it’s not the easiest place to find from the casino floor because the signage isn’t great. Here’s the trick: just to the left of the check-in area there’s an escalator. Go up, turn right, walk to the end, and you’ve arrived. You’re welcome 😉
Now, onto the food. They have a large seafood selection, which limited what I could personally try, but the staff was incredibly helpful navigating my food allergy. Huge plus there.
The tableside bread service was fantastic fresh and warm, and the sourdough was especially amazing. They also brought out a mango sorbet with champagne as a palate cleanser, which was such a classy, refreshing touch.
I ordered the French onion soup and the handmade fries. The soup was well prepared, and instead of the traditional bread on top, they used puff pastry a fun twist, though it was a little crumbly. The house-made fries were excellent. My only wish? A spicy mustard option to dip them in.
Around the table we had sea bass, steaks, Caesar salad, filet mignon, and lobster bisque and I checked in with everyone. Not a single complaint. Everything got rave reviews.
And don’t skip dessert. We tried them all, and honestly, even if you came just for dessert and drinks, you wouldn’t be disappointed.“

“Tremendous dining experience, as always! However, we have found a home away from home in the comfort Jose and David have made in the Cactus Creek Steakhouse bar. They are always so incredibly helpful, skillfully welding delicious libations that wet the pallet. Both always smiling and quick to wait on us, sure. But the real experience is in the welcoming conversation and camaraderie. I cannot recommend the experience enough!“

“My husband and I had a belated anniversary dinner at Biggest Little Steakhouse on 10-19-2023. This was our first visit, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Brian who was very personable and had a great sense of humor. He explained the menu, providing many nice details, and explained their service model (we were sitting outside and after taking our drink order, he explained that we were to place our order with a staff member inside the restaurant and that our meal would be brought to us). We had a filet mignon, peppercorn sauce, and red wine braised mushrooms. The filet was very tender (Brian had explained that both the filet mignon and pork chop were prepared using a special cooking method) and the mushrooms were tasty – good enough to take home our extra. We also enjoyed the focaccia bread, although we preferred it with the herbed butter that came with the filet and olive oil & vinegar we requested after trying the special blend they usually serve with bread – nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t to our taste. The service was excellent throughout – responsive without being intrusive. The warm cookies that were served with the bill were a nice finishing touch. We’ll be back again and are especially looking forward to trying the Beef Wellington bites and pot pie. We also liked that the music at a nice volume level and the style was reminiscent of a speakeasy. Don’t forget happy hour daily from 5-6 and again the last open hour!“

“7-8-23, 75 birthday celebration. It was concert night. 1:22 minutes from seated until served. Food had been sitting, barely warm. Not acceptable! Not recommended! No one seemed to care..“

“My husband and I went to celebrate the Marine Corps 250th birthday at the outback. He received a free special lunch that he just raved about and I also ordered the grilled shrimp with a salad and the French onion soup. All of the food was excellent and the entire staff made us both feel respected and appreciated for my husband's service. Our server did an excellent job of pacing our meal so we always had our food but were never rushed. She was always there with the water and at the same time was quite busy taking care of many other customers. At the end of the meal our server offered to box up our cheesecake dessert to take home, perhaps knowing that we would enjoy it more later, and we did! Everyone there just did an amazing job to provide us with great food and a most enjoyable dining experience. We had not been to to a Outback in many years but we will definitely return to the Reno location soon.“
