“We've eaten at this particular Subway for years. For the first time, my husband got sick off of the Subway Club sandwich. He ALWAYS has the same sandwich the same way. We both ate from there, different sandwiches but he was the only one that got sick. There were different people working who seemed more interested in getting customers through instead of making sure ALL the food was up to standard. The lettuce wasn't a pretty green, tomatoes looked watery ect. It'll be a long time before we even THINK about eating there again“
“Although this location is permanently under construction. S***, and you will never find a place to sitheir. Food is not bad at least by Subway standards. However, whether or not they take coupons and whether or not you can get what you order. Depends on who's they'll pick and choose which coupons you can get. Sometimes I'll just flat out. Tell you we won't make you that Sandwich. I even last time I was there they refused the toast the sandwich for me Because they said that's not how it is on the menu and it costs extra“

“Subway is always a go to place. The location is very clean and the server is extremely friendly. The food is always pretty good but has a bit of a chemically taste in the bread. I was also disappointed they have gotten rid of their sweet onion sauce and replaced it with teriyaki sweet onion which is vastly inferior. All in all, subway is always a solid place to go. I would recommend.“

“They did fix my sandwich just perfect. I had a coupon and they gave me the discount. But when I asked for the free cookie, which was offered with purchase. He said sorry I forgot to include it and said next time. What!!!! I kept pointing it out as he was ringing up the order. I guess he thought I didn't need the cookie.“

I will go there again as I shop at Winco.Vegetarian options: They have veggie options. I eat chicken or turkey sandwiches that are available. Plus all the toppings!!“
“It's subway. The sandwiches are exactly the same in each location. However, this location doesn't offer the pretzels like the one in Lemmon Valley does. But the staff is friendly and the location is clean. Great place for processed meat and cheese on bread.“

“I like Subway in general but this one in particular, it's located in the Renown hospital in Reno and in my opinion it is one of the best hospitals in the country, and this Subway has great staff and since I'm there almost every day for treatments its very convenient! “I previously wrote a bad review for this subway but they have recently changed management so I tried again. The last 2 times have been great. Order ready on time, I was able to use a coupon, everything we ordered correct, lots of meat and fresh bread. I have not seen the old workers who always had an excuse for things being late or wrong. Good job fixing the problems.“
“The employee at the counter was very considerate with how well he packed my and my sisters sandwiches and he made sure that our portions were nice and filled!Although he did seem a bit distracted as I noticed that the heater seemed to have an error and he seemed to have no idea of it for a few minutes.The interior was roomy and cozy!
