I went there last night to receive my free birthday scoop of ice cream. I hate to say this but this generation of kids working customer service has gone out the door. No acknowledgment to new customers walking in and/or us that were waiting in line. I saw about 5 crew members working behind the counter but only 1 really appeared to be helping customers. I do DoorDash and I came in around 8:30 on a Friday night. The place was packed. It looked like chaos but those 5 young ladies handled it like a well oiled machine. It was beautiful to see. Considering I go to tons of food places all night long I have never seen such great service. Everyone was taking care of including me!
