“When I had my birthday, my dad got his chowmein in 20 mins. It didn't receive 1 order of my sushi for 1 1/2 hour we there there for 2.5 hours for 5 people very ”

“Bawarchi in Sparks, NV lived up to my expectations, after reading the reviews. Food was lip smacking good! Bawarchi means "the chef"! The chef at this restaurant does hold up that reputation of culinary art! I had Gobi 65 and Mysore masala dosa one night and went back the 2nd night to try their samosas and Hyderabadi veg biriyani. Everything I tried was flavorful! One of the best Indian foods, I have had in the US in a long time!”
“My wife and I stopped by for lunch not knowing it was a Hawaiian BBQ. Ordered the Kalua Pork and the Teri Chicken Nachos. Both dishes were great. Halfway through our meals we switched plates, my wife preferred the Kalua Pork and I the Teri Chicken. The chicken was the tenderest I've ever had. Big portions, we made two meals from them. Highly recommend.”
“Before I get into the review, what I can say about the ladies that work at this restaurant is they are hilarious adorable and welcoming Trying as many restaurants with my dad as possible so we can pick our favorites as he has just moved to Sparks Nevada. The restaurant we tried last week was closed today so we had the opportunity to try this little nugget. We had two types of pad Thai, including the one with the crispy noodles, both with shrimp, medium hot . We had an order of rice, cucumber salad, Thai ice tea, and a jasmine to go back to our hotel. They had no trouble giving us cutlery to go, and as I said, they are giggling and adorable. Damned fine Thai I might add. It's a really cute restaurant which was packed on a Wednesday night which makes me happy for them. We will definitely be back because the food and staff were excellent. Oh one last word I'm pretty picky on my cucumber salad and there's is excellent sour and sweet and the cucumbers perfectly crisp”
“***4.5 stars*** When my standard is my Mexican mom's cooking, then everything else is compared to that. With that being said, 4.5 is fair for this restaurant. Only about 15-20 people can sit down(see my pic) and BE PATIENT. Food is fresh and will take a little longer than usual. The cooks are beasts and work very efficiently together! I ordered a breakfast burrito with carne asada and I wasn't crazy about the red sauce. It was "tomatoey", but lacked seasoning. Beans were excellent and rice was pretty good. Chorizo quesadilla was excellent! Horchata was also very good. Prices were fair for the area, and I'd definitely go back!”

“We just went for lunch because it seemed everybody was raving about this place. The hot and sour soup was very delicious. The egg flower soup wasn't to bad. We had the Sweet and Sour Pork and Walnut Shrimp. Walnut Schrimp was very tasty and good but the Sweet and Sour Pork wasn't as good as we thought it would be. The Sweet and Sour Pork didn't have the crispy layer we were used too. As for the pricing it was kind of high for what we had ordered.”

“If you are looking for a nice spot that the whole family will want to eat at, this is it. Greatful Gardens has a big menu that is accommodating for people who are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten intolerant. I went there for breakfast recently and had a breakfast burrito with the vegan option for meat. The burrito was a bit dry because I did not eat it with pico. I got sour cream, and it was perfect for giving it some moisture. I had the mushroom burrito last time I was there, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend got a grilled cheese and tomato soup. She was pleased with this choice. We also shared a waffle. It was absolutely delicious. I recommend getting one on the side with your meal if you do not get one as your main dish. The lattes are delightful. My friend has the turmeric one this time. I enjoy the chai one. I would also recommend the chicken teriyaki bowl and the Thanksgiving sandwich. If you like fresh juices, they have those too.”

“Have been coming here for years!! It’s a smaller more intimate setting which allows for more personalized and quicker service. Always received great service and even better food. You can expect to spend $10-$20/person without bar drinks. My top favorites are the house margaritas, their rice and the carne asada plate. But also really like the Macho Diablo burrito, ceviche, and the fish tacos ?.Side note: This is a local family owned restaurant. Definitely hard working (you’ll always see Danny working there!) and it’s noticeable that he cares about the quality and consistency in the food they serve.”

“We have only ordered our food here to-go through door dash, however it is always fast and delicious. The Wok was my favorite spot for Asian takeout, but after they stopped allowing orders through door dash, this spot is my new go to and so glad I found it! The orange chicken is the best I've had, chicken chow mein is fantastic as well. Pot stickers and rangoons are delicious too. We have ordered from here several times now and it is consistently delicious. One day we will go in person to check out the ambiance, but I believe it's tailored a bit more towards those looking for takeout. They are currently closed December 2023 until February 2024 according to the answering machine when you call. Hope they enjoy their time off and we can't wait to order from them again when they re-open!”

I ordered the filet burger and was going to save half the burger for lunch the next day but couldn't help myself! It was devoured. Spouse got the teriyaki salmon salad and said it was yummy. Don't forget to experience the "Wet Woody" best blended cocktail in town! Service was grand per the usual.”

Food was tasting and you get a fully loaded plate no skimpy. Honest review 10/10. I am making this my new spot. Fed a family of 5 even with extras on the sides for $90 cannot beat that at a sit down.”

They are totally separate business entities. The Wild Horse has a great menu and Executive Chef Jeff and his crew are very capable cooks. The prices are reasonable and the occasional "wallpaper" is very entertaining!”

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because my steak was slightly overcooked. But overall really good food and huge portions.”

“This place is fabulous for lunch. (Have not tried dinner yet, but looking forward to it.)The lunch specials are really good deals. You get an entree with choice of fried or white rice, pot stickers with choice of pork or chicken and choice of egg drop or hot and sour soup all for around $10. They even give you the Asian version of chips and salsa, wonton and sweet sauce while you wait! The food comes out fast, fresh and delicious. The service is reall great. Alex is a rock star. I've seen him run 7 table with better service than some places with triple the servers. Very happy with this place. ??”

“1.28.24: Another awesome breakfast with Ma this morning. We split the Reno Wonderland Breakfast Crepe, which is on the weekly specials menu until 2/1. It was filled with an abundance of smoked ham, bacon, eggs, and potatoes and was really tasty. For dessert, Ma got her favorite lemon curd crepe and I decided to try something new. I went with the old fashioned crepe that's filled with French vanilla custard, lemon curd, and strawberries. It was super delicious and I would order it again. It was pretty busy inside and the ladies working handled it like boss women. This was my 4th time here and it's been consistently great every time.”

I felt so sorry for her and message to the owners: do NOT have just 1 person working on a weeknight, shame on you! Poor girl was literally doing everything and people kept coming in. I'm giving her 5 stars because she was as quick as she could with our drink orders and could tell others were not as happy waiting. That's not her fault at all! The drinks were amazing and was very surprised there's decent boba in Reno (yay!)”

She refunded our whole order, even though we asked her to please just refund the difference. “I attend trivia at Final Draft every Thursday. Trivia starts at 6. The crowd is competitive, good-hearted, and welcoming. The beer selection is wide. The paninis and flat breads are wonderful. I quite like getting the turkey, brie, and cranberry panini as this is my favorite sandwich combo. There are many non-alcoholic drinks available in a cooler for those who are under 21 or don't drink.”

The lentil soup is a clear base, heartier than I anticipated, very flavorful. & maybe it's been too long since I've had baklava, but their lusciously nummy morsels, perfectly sized to share, are a delectable end a fantastic meal! Staff is super courteous & attentive w/o being overbearing. Small, cozy, friendly & quiet each time I've visited. Get a bottle of Squirt & a cup of ice to have w/yer meal instead of the typical fountain fare. I'd even rather call ahead & get it to go here, than wait in a drive through anyway. What I did not anticipate was a service experience unlike any other.We came in sweats and t-shirts as we were on the way to our daughters volleyball tournament, and we felt right at home.Our waiter was Ian. As a former public official I have traveled and eaten all across the world. I will honestly say, that we encountered a level of kindness and service with him that I have NEVER experienced before. “I've been told over time that it's a great friendly neighborhood tavern. I found myself nearby after a movie at Galaxy Victorian. Took the short walk to Chica's. Like three minutes. Later i asked and Crystal was working the bar and tending to cleaning and chatting. This is a very neighborly tavern. The bartop was cleaner than many high end restaurants. Every voice I heard was happy conversation between patrons. In moments I was in the chatter. I'm gonna try a famous Chica taco and a hot dog (seriously why not?). “We just went for lunch because it seemed everybody was raving about this place. The hot and sour soup was very delicious. The egg flower soup wasn't to bad. We had the Sweet and Sour Pork and Walnut Shrimp. Walnut Schrimp was very tasty and good but the Sweet and Sour Pork wasn't as good as we thought it would be. The Sweet and Sour Pork didn't have the crispy layer we were used too. As for the pricing it was kind of high for what we had ordered.”

We had two types of pad Thai, including the one with the crispy noodles, both with shrimp, medium hot . We had an order of rice, cucumber salad, Thai ice tea, and a jasmine to go back to our hotel. They had no trouble giving us cutlery to go, and as I said, they are giggling and adorable. Damned fine Thai I might add. It's a really cute restaurant which was packed on a Wednesday night which makes me happy for them. We will definitely be back because the food and staff were excellent. Service is hit or miss here and unfortunately has been a miss more times than it has been good. Tonight we were the only ones there and no one up front. A guy did come up on the phone, looked at us and walked towards the back. If I wasn't craving a glazed classic kreme filled; I would have just left. My kids ordered a few of their festive seasonal doughnuts with cute names like Santa's belly. I'm glad that Krispy Kreme is back in town because nothing beats one of their warm glazed doughnuts. Greatful Gardens has a big menu that is accommodating for people who are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten intolerant. I went there for breakfast recently and had a breakfast burrito with the vegan option for meat. The burrito was a bit dry because I did not eat it with pico. I got sour cream, and it was perfect for giving it some moisture. I had the mushroom burrito last time I was there, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend got a grilled cheese and tomato soup. She was pleased with this choice. We also shared a waffle. It was absolutely delicious. I recommend getting one on the side with your meal if you do not get one as your main dish. The lattes are delightful. My friend has the turmeric one this time. I enjoy the chai one. I would also recommend the chicken teriyaki bowl and the Thanksgiving sandwich. If you like fresh juices, they have those too.”

The brisket was under-rendered and very chewy, not very smokey at all. I guess I should have went for the ribs but I would go back and try another plate for sure. Call grubhub -_-Onto my review. Mountain Mikes has been an asset to the Reno area and this store is just as good if not better than the other two. We keep them on speed dial, especially in the winter months and our food always makes it. Delivery drivers are awesome.Lots of room for big parties, private arcade room for kids that feels safe, and of course amazing tasting PIZZA. The wings and bread are great too. So many choices.
