We ordered the fill up box and didn't get any sauce, not even the sauces that come with the box. I even asked for extra at the window before payment saying I'd pay more if need be. The nuggets were overcooked and they gave us no butter for our biscuits. I'm very disappointed.

Did a mobile order at this location tonight and was so impressed with the customer service. They double checked my order before we left to make sure everything was there. Will definitely be going to this location again rather than the Los Altos location who has horrible customer service. The employee was so nice and friendly. Food was good too!

$ 20 fill up doesn't. Especially when they are out of fries & substitute mashed potatoes. Also I don't speak Spanish.

10/7/2023 they screwed us over with our Pepsi is supposed to be regular Pepsi not Diet Pepsi she probably did that on purpose whoever took my order tonight and they're supposed to be no ice and still gives us ice anyways even though you still try to tell them they won't listen but I would only come here again for last minute
