The service was great! Unfortunately the cheesesteak was pretty bad. I think it was frozen beef like steak ems that was heated up and then they put runny cheese sauce on it and there wasn't even very much "cheese sauce".
I love the food here. I love the service. But over and over and over again, my teammates and I will head to this location at 1 pm to 1:30pm and it will be closed early. I called today to leave the manager a message, and even though the place was locked up, someone answered. They said they would tell Ted the owner my complaint about it always closing early. But the guy answering the phone was the one that closed it early, lol. I'm sure the owner will never hear a word about it...read full review

I won't say it's the worst Philly cheesesteak I've ever had, but it wasn't great... especially not for 13 bucks... I agree with another reviewer the meat was the problem, and the meat is a pretty important element of a Philly cheesesteak. It's super salty and the texture is like they heated up sliced deli meat... I enjoyed the bread and the cheese sauce but the meat has to be good.
