Love live live this pizza location. Not much for atmosphere since you just pick up your pizza, there is no dine in option.Service is always great. The pizzas are always tasty. Our go to pizza pick up/delivery place in Reno/sparks area.Definitely always look for online coupon codes before ordering to get best bang for your buck!

Pretty decent pizza, I ordered online for takeout with a coupon I received from email, which was BOGO. I was alerted by text when my pizza was ready for pick up and service was good. Was offered cheese and red peppers. The pizzas I ordered were a large Hawaiian and a large garlic lovers. No complaints, got my order correct and the pizzas were really yummy.

11/24/2023- Craving pizza and didn't get to have it while down in Elk Grove.. Decided to Door dash since it's on the other side of town.. (11 miles)..plus needed a break from driving back from Cali. Ordered salami, sausage..and a salad.. Arrived on time.. Driver sent pics when she arrived and left at door. Enjoyed the pizza and salad..

I have ordered from this restaurant for years, and today was the last time!I always order a half meat and half specialty pizza. The website states it is a new website, fine, shouldn’t be a problem except every time I select “specialty” it pulls the toppings for some chicken pizza. So I left the site and tried again. It appeared to all be correct, until I received a half pineapple chicken and specialty pizza.I called the restaurant to let them know what was going on. I asked for a manager and was placed on hold for her to pick up. After 5 mins I hung up and called back. I explained I had been on hold for 5 mins and no one picked up. The boy on the other end snickered and said “I’ll get her”. He returns to say she’s too busy to take my call and she’ll need to call me back. I explained my order was incorrect due to the glitches in the website and his response was “how so…”. I went into further detail what had happened with the site, and in the end my order is incorrect. His response was “well there’s nothing we can do, we’re too busy”….HE LITERALLY SAID THAT!!!!!!! I let him know I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service! And to make things worse pineapple is probably the only thing I hate on pizza ;(

Tried FIVE times to log in on your "new and improved" website, which is a complete piece of garbage. 6 different pop ups.."oh you have to reset your password ". I enter the stupid code the SECOND it arrives..oh the code has expired. We sent you an email. I go to my email..NO, NO EMAIL.Guess what...I will go somewhere else for pizza. Nice way to treat your loyal customers
