Ordered online this particular time and I'd say that was the only downfall of this experience as the portal is just burdensome and difficult to navigate. However I did receive a 25% discount from ordering online so it was worth it. Aside from that, the pizza is great and the delivery was on time, hot, and delivery driver was very nice. I have been ordering from this location for a few years now.....with the exception of one time the pizza has ALWAYS been the best around! I have tried most of the places in the area (reno/sparks) and this is definitely the best pizza, the best value and a great location!The one time I got a bad pizza a couple of years ago, the owner gave me another pizza, no charge. Love live live this pizza location. Not much for atmosphere since you just pick up your pizza, there is no dine in option.Service is always great. The pizzas are always tasty. Our go to pizza pick up/delivery place in Reno/sparks area.Definitely always look for online coupon codes before ordering to get best bang for your buck!
