“It was good. Quality meat, tasty and unique BBQ sauces. They were out of brisket though, on a Tuesday at noon, which is their first day back open from their weekend, which I felt was odd, and the peach cobbler was ice cold.The moonshine BBQ sauce was delicious.“
“Service here was much better than most other fast food places. I enjoyed the table touches by employees, making sure we had enough sauce and if we needed anything else. The chicken was not hot but not warm. Sitting out from a heat source causes its inner temp to drop. The fries were like most places that have them on standby. I plan to return and give it another try for freshness.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals for the little ones are a good portion size.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps when entering the building.“
“The food here was great, but we waited 30 minutes for it when the place was nearly empty (didn’t even bring our drinks before then). They then got totally swamped, so I can’t imagine how long people needed to wait for their food. They def seemed under staffed for a Saturday “
“We did a large take-out order on Friday early afternoon and were pleased with the food and the experience. One item was missing, however. The food was very acceptable contrary to the bad reviews on recent Yelp posts. If the place is overly crowded at popular times of the day, perhaps take-out is best so that all can eat in peace.“
“I had my Certified Service Dog with me, and the greeting was chilly. According to the proprietor, Service Dogs, in the past had been problematic in the restaurant. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was great. I had pork chops, mac & cheese, greens, and red beans, and rice. The red beans were sweet, not the savory that I was expecting. Peach cobbler was good. Better as a leftover. By the end of the meal, the proprietor had come by to tell us how well-behaved my dog had been throughout the meal. I would go back again.“
