The problem is not the product, both the Frappuccino and coffee met my expectations. The issue may be employee training. I ordered Vente Frappuccino and Vente coffee and received a Grande Frappuccino. They checked the receipt which said Grande but went ahead and made the Vente size. At over $17.00 for both drinks I never thought to check the receipt. The person taking my order seemed preoccupied with something on the register. Thanks for giving me the extra exercise of coming back to get a stirrer, but the coffee was great! My son ordered a surprise kind of drink, me and the girl at the window had no idea such a thing existed. She called on a colleague who said, "oh you want one of those okay!"
