Discovered this churros truck at Food Truck Friday and couldn't be happier that they choose to set up shop here on a regular. I went with a Churro Shake and an order of Churros bites. The shake totally tastes like a drinkable Churro and they give you a Churro straw, which is my favorite part. Also I love Carmel sauce at the bottom of the cup when you get to the end. This is my favorite Churros spot because I have yet to find any other Churro with this light airy crisp yet soft texture. Usually I find churros to be made with a heavier like dough, but not at Churros Huesos! They've mastered the cook and the cinnamon sugar mixture is the perfect blend.

Haven't visited this truck but I stopped by their stand at the Rib Cook Off and omfg these churros are the best churros I've ever had to the point that if I needed to hire a dessert food truck I'd definitely hire them.The only option available was churros, no ice cream or toppings or anything. Line was long enough that it was fresh fresh. Crispy on the outside, soft and even a little gooey in a good way on the inside. And the sweetness level was great.Absolutely 5 star no doubt.

Tried this at Food Truck Friday. Smelled so good, I had to investigate. Huge variety of choices! I had the #7-churros and ice cream. I opted for vanilla ice cream. So much food! So delicious! Ice cream alive was amazing but using the churros as a spoon was the best idea. The syrups (caramel & chocolate) complimented the flavor. Sitting in a rock in the park with a cool breeze and enjoying the treat was wonderful.My partner had the plantains. So good too. Took me back to our many trips to San Juan, PR and the fried plantain desserts. Highly highly recommend both items!

I was craving Churros and a lot of people recommend this place but the Churros we're okey they were kind of salty and with the ice cream it tasted a little bit better! Wish the churros were more sweater like everywhere else!

Placed an order with door dash and the driver sat there for 20mins. So sad that he had to sit there not fare for the driver. Gave him a extra tip. He had to pick Dairy Queen up before his pick up there. They had plenty of time to have the order ready. They should not be allowed to to be on any of the delivery apps. The churros were not cooked all the way. Very disappointed.

So excited to check this place out. We got confused about the online ordering because no confirmation-not their fault! The churros are so special and delicious- perfectly cooked. And they hold up the next morning too! The churro bag is a BARGAIN.
