Haven't visited this truck but I stopped by their stand at the Rib Cook Off and omfg these churros are the best churros I've ever had to the point that if I needed to hire a dessert food truck I'd definitely hire them.The only option available was churros, no ice cream or toppings or anything. Line was long enough that it was fresh fresh. Crispy on the outside, soft and even a little gooey in a good way on the inside. And the sweetness level was great.Absolutely 5 star no doubt.
Tried this at Food Truck Friday. Smelled so good, I had to investigate. Huge variety of choices! I had the #7-churros and ice cream. I opted for vanilla ice cream. So much food! So delicious! Ice cream alive was amazing but using the churros as a spoon was the best idea. The syrups (caramel & chocolate) complimented the flavor. Discovered this churros truck at Food Truck Friday and couldn't be happier that they choose to set up shop here on a regular. I went with a Churro Shake and an order of Churros bites. The shake totally tastes like a drinkable Churro and they give you a Churro straw, which is my favorite part. Also I love Carmel sauce at the bottom of the cup when you get to the end.
