I believe this is El Yusa, or, the RED TACO truck like all the locals call it. He parks here in the old G lot all week long except Mondays I believe. I've pretty much tried everything and it is all very delicious. The gorditas de carnitas are amazing. The lengua and cabeza Tacos never disappoint.
