“Stopped for a snack and to try their beer. It was great. Prices reasonable for a craft brewery. Nice place athletically and a very nice staff. Beer selection was very tasty. We will be back.”
“Had the best and most relaxing afternoon here at Arrowood Farms. Everyone was in a good mood - from the kids laughing and running, to the dogs with their tails wagging. The food was great and the drinks were even better. Pro-tip, keep your tab open because you’ll be back to order more! Can’t wait for the next sunny weekend to come back.”
“The very best!!! Maxine made the cake for our wedding and WOW it was stunning (and so delicious)! My husband and I live in Michigan and she helped us think through flavor choices and combinations since we couldn't come in for a tasting. Overall, amazing experience and we highly recommend Maxine for any cake needs - you'll be in great hands!”
“The Stone House Tavern is incredible! It is obvious they take great pride in food, drinks and service. We've been there a few times and it never disappoints whether it is a burger or a full meal. We were with friends recently and both my husband and our friend called their burgers "epic" :) Our server was friendly and professional and we had a great time. It sure is nice to be greeted with a smile!”
“Very well organised and convenient spot. They serve large portions and for economical prices. We liked the food a lot and the staff members were very affable and explanatory. Recommended.”
“So delicious! The food and drinks were amazing. My family and I were visiting from Connecticut and my husband booked the wrong date by accident. The owner was so kind and made it work for our party of 5. We really appreciated the effort that was made to accommodate us. We know good food and from start to finish it was amazing. The atmosphere is very stylish and we had a great time. The next time we stay at Wildflower Auberge we will be back!!”
“Hands down the best pierogis I have ever had. Kielbasa and sauerkraut was fantastic, and try the bacon, farmer's cheese, and jalapeno if they have them on special.”
“Easy, comfy, good food. Plenty of locals there so you know it's good. Good prices. Not fancy, but a great place for pleasant, relaxed dinner.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely”
“We stopped in while on a road trip from Delaware to Montreal. What a cool little place! It's a combination tea/coffee place. The person who helped us could not have been nicer. I had the Maple Rosemary Latte which was amazing! We would certainly frequent this place if we lived in the area. Check it out!”
“This is not your average old school Hudson valley ice cream shop. They take care of you like they are, but they have a modern looking building and menu and great customer service. I’m on a keto diet so I got a burger and hot dog without buns. They might not look enticing from the pictures but they were great and fit right into my diet.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my keto requests no problem. They even wrapped my burger in lettuce for me.”
“My wife and I came for a Friday night dinner. We made reservations last minute and glad we did as the place was packed. Service was high quality and the folks were very warm. The food and drinks was insanely good! The Rasta pasta was delicious and we enjoyed our leftovers so much. The jerk wings were so tender and the dry rub was spicy and flavorful. We were lucky to meet the chef Chris briefly and he was very kind. The cafe and provisions store is also really great. The coffee was tasty and the breakfast sandwiches were dope right before a hike.”
“If you are looking for a Great sandwich for a more then reasonable price, you have found your place. The sandwich selection is full of great options, and you won't be disappointed. The Cuban has been my go-to for a quick weekend lunch option. The staff is attentive and friendly, and one gentlemen calls me young man, even though I am sure that I am older then him which leads me to an extensional crisis while I eat my Cuban. I hope that this joint can survive in our sweet little town full of Teeny boppers and hopeless hipsters. Do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich from this place before our only option is a mutant meat sandwich from Amazon grown in a laboratory for 2$ a month for eternity.”
“Truly a great dining experience, great service, great food, great atmosphere. My 9 and 8 year old finished everything on their plate w/o complaint (salmon and weiner schnitzel). Worth the ”
“Love this little spot! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for some home cooking flavor away from home! Just don’t drive too fast because you’ll miss it like I almost did!! But I had to turn around. The coconut chicken is amazing!!! Must try!!! Respect and love to the owners of this little gem for bringing a bit of the homeland here to Ulster County!!Parking: The parking is off to the rear and can easily accommodate a good 10/12 vehicles easily but I can imagine in the warmer months they may need more space because the food and service is that good!!”
“A small town Diner that seems to be a mainstay in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful with your food. Portions are large but mainly to say very fresh. Nice atmosphere to relax. Your never rushed as some places try to do. The owner is usually there checking on customers.”
“I found the service very friendly and down to earth, love local places like this where you have people that know the area and tell you about it as you order. The brioche bun sandwich, the bread was pillowy soft and toast just right, eggs were fried alright, although a runny sunny egg would been better, cheese was thoroughly melted, never a fan of cold cheese on a hot sandwich. For the cookies, just awesome, chewy and very soft, surprisingly since little cookies tend to be on dried out side.”
“My fave vegan spot in New Paltz. Food is delish and staff is delightful. Puppy friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of GF optionsVegetarian options: Everything is veganDietary restrictions: In addition to being all vegan, there are lots of GF options, and everything la elements and adjustable so you can avoid nuts, seeds wtc.Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly”
“I’ve been here several times and absolutely love the food and the owner comes out sometimes to check on you and see how everything is. Rare to go to a place where the pizza AND bbq are good! This place has it down! Go!!”
“Super cute! Everyone was so nice there and the cats were adorable. Very reasonable prices for drinks and to sit with the cats. All of them were approachable and comfortable around people. You can buy treats for the cats (bring quarters!) and they had many toys and climbing areas for them. Will definitely be returning!”
“Amazing coffee, amazing drinks, and the best place in the Hudson Valley to burn time. Whether you're looking for a game of chess, or a day of fun for the family, this place rocks!”
“This was such a great find while me and my husband were upstate for a few days. I loved that they had GF options and the food was so fresh and delicious. We went once and then came back the next day since it was so good. Very reasonable as well. I recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pancakes and bread available”
“Love this little bar. There's even a small balcony with a view to the Gunks, and a little raised bed of herbs that the bartender uses for drinks... so fresh lavender in your cocktail...be still my senses, only one at a time please! Service is always lovely and welcoming. If you like Bourbon, a cocktail called the "Bees Knees" is the way to go.”
“Stopped by this evening on my way back from Hudson, (literally pulled over in front and ran in and out), and had a few of the best slices I have ever had. Thin and crispy. The crust is perfect. Keep it up and don't ever change a thing.”
“My wife and I were visiting the area and just assumed the Udder choice was a place to go get ice cream. Turns out they do have delicious ice cream, but a whole lot more. It is a full restaurant serving breakfast and lunch all day long and clearly a local favorite! We did enjoy their ice cream, but had we more time in the area, we would have certainly had a meal there.”
“Cafe Mio is a lovely treasure in Gardiner, NY. They serve breakfast and lunch, and do it fabulously! The blackened catfish sandwich was delicious and the pulled pork sandwich looked messy and wonderful and also was said to be delicious. Most sandwiches come with a lovely green salad but fries are also available, and they are sinfully scrumptious. Very very friendly staff and plenty of parking”
“A absolute must whenever I am in the area. Nothing else compares to this entire experience from their mastery of flavor to their respect for their local (and global) community. A healing experience and reason to have hope when nearly every other business manipulates us with greenwashing. Communities must support such treasures as Lagusta’s Luscious.I tried and loved:Marzipan cookie (was not aware my taste buds could feel this much)A peachy tea special with oat milk (AHHHHH! SO GOOD! I wish I knew the name but order literally anything and im sure you’ll be blown away!)”
“A really nice coffee shop off the beaten path in New Paltz. They have a good menu with all your typical drinks with some seasonal specials. I highly recommend the amaretto and campfire specials. They served baked goods and food and both are fresh and tasty. It is a smaller space with limited seating. I personally love the back porch. It is a bit colder outside, but the view makes it worth it. Service is decently paced unless it's Uber busy, then it could be a bit slower, but it's not anything too extremely long. Staff are quite friendly. Would recommend”
“We've been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly, the food is consistently deliciousn and the place is spotless. We always enjoy our experience here.”
“The food here is amazing! This is not just a pizza place. I had the Sir Duke sandwich and it was so good...and not on an average boring roll. My daughter's LOVE the pizza and they have a drive through window! I always ask for a slice of the stuffed meat pie. You should go inside because you will see a bunch of things not on the menu and they are delicious too!”

“It is one of our favorite hangouts in the Hudson Valley. It has a great vibe, great food, great ambience, both in the winter and the summer time. Service is good and the food is very comfort food that makes you feel you are eating at home. The pizza is Roman style so thinner than most and very tasty. A great spot close to Kingston and the Mohonk preserve”
