When I got there, they had one person working the front counter register as well as the drive thru so it took a while to get service. Afterwards, I found out that one of the workers, that would have been at the front, was helping a person outside getting their car started.Things have improved both at the drive thru and inside.
I was on my break at work when I decided to stop in here, I don’t live in the area and it was my first time going. The employees were nice and professional but when I received my order it seemed as though the food had been sitting out and they just threw it in the bag. The onion rings were soggy and super undercooked. They also weren’t warm so I know they had to been sitting out for a while. I also ordered regular chicken nuggets and received the ghost pepper ones! The nearby Wendy's was completely closed and BK was the only place convenient. Food was as expected. French fries were much less salty than the ones I had eaten from Wendy's. Thank goodness for that!
