The experience I had at this subway was the worse I have ever had. I was treated with disrespect and my money was STOLEN from me which is completely disgusting and at this point i’m thinking of getting cops involved. I had ordered on the app at a PARTICIPATING LOCATION the buy one get one free footlong sandwich. 0/5. I ordered online, a simple BLT with extra bacon & mayo. I got there 20 mins after ordering it and still had to wait another 20 mins. I was very hungry so I decided to get some of the cookies that are on display too. After driving home 20 minutes and opening the sandwich there was barely any bacon on it, no Mayo, 3 slices of tomato and the bread was rock hard.
