The experience I had at this subway was the worse I have ever had. I was treated with disrespect and my money was STOLEN from me which is completely disgusting and at this point i’m thinking of getting cops involved. I had ordered on the app at a PARTICIPATING LOCATION the buy one get one free footlong sandwich. When i had got to the location they said they couldn’t find my order for almost 3-5 minutes and when they finally found is they refused me service. The worker, Laura, who was the mom of the “owner” told me that things are expensive now and they don’t give away free food. She told me they could make me the sandwich i paid for but that was it . I kept telling her about the app but she said that it’s not her fault because subway doesn’t tell them when the promotions take place and she admitted to cancelling multiple orders like this. She claimed she has called corporate to take it off the app but according to the reviews I was reading online this has been an ongoing issue. She was completely rude in explaining and was like what do you want me to do. I didn’t ask for a refund at all I said i wanted my food and she just gave me a “refund.” On top of this she literally had her KID with her at WORK. Behind the counter and near the food which i found completely out of line. When she claimed to refund me all she did was hand me a duplicate of my receipt not a void receipt that shows my refund. I spent around $9 and used $6 in points. When i asked when I would get my money back she had told me tomorrow and told me I could go to a different subway but I told her but I can’t use my points and asked when they would be back. All she said was oh i don’t know. She did not care at all. I didn’t notice that the receipt was just a duplicate until she had left a worker there by herself with no manager. When i went back in she said she “cancelled the order” and was supposed to hand me a void receipt but she didn’t. I’ve waited a couple days as the charge was pending on my account but the money was NEVER returned to me nor my points. She never cancelled my order she had claimed that I picked it up. On the app it even says I picked it up not cancelled or return issued. I have screenshots of all this information and at this point I am livid with the way I have been treated by these workers. I want my money back along with my points as soon as possible since the worker claims “things are expensive today” but cares little about my money. Completely disrespectful to both me and my friend and I am not going to stand for it. Once reading the reviews on the app this has been happening a lot at this location along with other aspects of disrespect and something needs to happen. This is no longer fair to me and and the money others.

0/5. I ordered online, a simple BLT with extra bacon & mayo. I got there 20 mins after ordering it and still had to wait another 20 mins. I was very hungry so I decided to get some of the cookies that are on display too. After driving home 20 minutes and opening the sandwich there was barely any bacon on it, no Mayo, 3 slices of tomato and the bread was rock hard. It was disgusting I just threw it out, wasn’t even going to try to eat it. As for the cookies at least I had them right? Sadly no, they were also rock hard I was pissed off and threw one at the wall in my kitchen and it managed to make a dent in my wall. My fault for that obviously but the cookies probably haven’t been swapped out in weeks it’s disgusting. Never going to a subway again it ruined my experience forever. No way to get a refund either, 0 customer support. Biggest waste of $25. Don’t go to this place it’s a joke.

I have been a long-time subway customer. I always order tuna and ask for some additional green pepper on my sandwich. It's never been an extra charge. Until now. Today, they told me its an extra charge for extra vegetable toppings.I am appalled!If this is a new Subway policy, then i will start buying my sandwiches at QuikChek!

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! This place is garbage. I put in an online order that offered a footlong for 5.99 and when i got to the place the lady had my receipt in her hand saying that the store doesn’t do that. That she can give me a 6” for that price. She called her “boss” 3 times with no luck and offered me a refund on a gift card. I told her i didn’t want that because that means i will have to buy from another subway again. Then she says that my total came out to less that a bacon egg and cheese from McDonalds. (I used my subway points for and extra $2 off from previous orders) she ended up making the sandwich because she saw i wasn’t budging but put the minimum amount of meat. I was already tired of arguing and was on my work break so i tool it as it was. My question is If the store does not offer the promotion why didn’t it come up as a pick up location that does? Never going back again.

This subway is terrible. they dont care for customers at all and wont hesitate to yell and give you an attitude. I came in with a friend to do the buy one get one footlong for free. I didnt catch the subway girls name but she was a young hispanic. She had told us at first we can only do it on the app, so we did that. then when it was time to get the sandwiches she had only brought the one that was free out.. she told us that they cannot give us the other free sandwich because they dont do that offer anymore.. ( my friend went there with the same offer not too long ago.. ) the other woman who was working had started yelling talking about how they need to pay rent and they dont have enough meat.. how is that our problem and why couldnt you just say that in the first place instead of wasting our time. the part that got me really angry is the fact that she was just trying to win the argument speaking nonsense at that point SHE WAS SMILING.. she rudely told us that we can go to another subway, then when we asked for a refund she said no because we touched it.. the only reason we touched it is because they put the wrong receipt on the sandwich..

I have ordered on my app 2 sandwiches with promo buy one get one free. When I came in they told me that they don’t have free sandwiches and won’t give it to me. They want me to pay for second sandwich, or get one that was paid. I asked them to cancel my order and still they couldn’t do processing me to send me refund. So I didn’t get anything wasted my coupon and time. Don’t know if they will send me refund. Very disappointed.
