Save yourself the disappointment and go to the Colonie Chipotle instead. Laughably small portion size every time, even when paying for double protein. I can understand one or two bad orders once in awhile, not the type to leave reviews normally; but this location is exceptionally bad.
Easily the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had! First off, all the employees were rude and had an attitude. Second, they were entirely out of vegetables, guacamole, and salad dressing? As a vegetarian getting a veggie bowl this is frustrating! It would have been nice to know if before waiting in line and starting my bowl. Instead, I go down the line to find I can only get rice, beans, corn, and lettuce for my meal and then pay full price. I can make that at home if I wanted that!...read full review
