A well-known company that is famous for its Mexican food, but some of the employees are impractical, had it not been for the manager’s intervention to resolve the issue. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the manager’s dedication to her duty this afternoon.

Save yourself the disappointment and go to the Colonie Chipotle instead. Laughably small portion size every time, even when paying for double protein. I can understand one or two bad orders once in awhile, not the type to leave reviews normally; but this location is exceptionally bad.

Easily the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had! First off, all the employees were rude and had an attitude. Second, they were entirely out of vegetables, guacamole, and salad dressing? As a vegetarian getting a veggie bowl this is frustrating! It would have been nice to know if before waiting in line and starting my bowl. Instead, I go down the line to find I can only get rice, beans, corn, and lettuce for my meal and then pay full price. I can make that at home if I wanted that! Then to top it off, they literally put my food in a TRASH BAG as they were also out of paper to go bags. Definitely worth it to just go to a different Chipotle location in the area. Save yourself the frustration of not being treated like a paying customer and not even getting a real Chipotle meal.

Burrito was good, chips tasted off. Very loud dining area. Food wasn’t placed on pickup shelf. Dining area was very dirty including all tables and floor. The garbage cans were overflowing. Nobody was attending to cleaning even when not busy. Not appetizing, left in a hurry after eating to escape the mess. Please do better.Parking: Large parking lot in shopping center.

Workers make me feel like I’m asking food for free! If they know the customer “friends in other words” they would fill up their bowl to the max!Too frustrated, and I would never come back to this branch
I went there for dinner with my wife. I got there around 5:30PM.The service was extremely fast and the food was good. The cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. ALL of the tables and counters needed to be wiped down as they ALL had remnants of past diners leaving crumbs and food pieces on them. There were 3 napkin holders and All of them were empty. I had to go to the cashier and ask for napkins. Also all of the knife / spoon / fork holders were just about empty. The 4 garbage cans to throw away the trash were loaded to capacity and needed to be emptied. They really should have had one of the staff address the issues in the dining area. Nobody was addressing them. The food quality was your standard Chipotle quality, which was good. The restaurant cleanliness was definitely sub par. I would not go back to this particular Chipotle again.

I was grabbing 2 bowls and while choosing the ingredients, i was pointing stuff through glass. The employee •slapped• my hand to take it off from the glass. The manager can go through cameras and see what happened. I was there 6 days ago. This was the rudest attitude ever. They treat customers like they don’t pay them. Definitely didn’t go with Chipotle’s quality. Also, let me tell that it was super uber dirty over the counter. Please take care of these. There are several Chipotle’s around Albany and this one was the WORST. I am asking manager to take care of this and answer to me.Thank you.

I had ordered a vegetable rice bowl and a chicken bowl. But unfortunately, I received two chicken bowls instead. As a vegetarian, it's very disappointing not being able to have the meal I had intended to enjoy. I hope that they can improve their accuracy in future orders.
