This location was good, but it's a tight pull in on a busy street. Went inside to order it wasn't crowded, there was parking. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn't mess up the order or the food, and it was clean inside. They have a new churro donut that's supposed to taste like churros, I guess, but it doesn't. It tastes like one of those old fashion cinnamon sugar donuts, except it has a fancy shape. Like, c'mon, dd you know dang well that doesn't taste like a churro. lol maybe if they had like a caramel drizzle on it ? then maybe, but yeah, no Anywho, it's dunkin donuts what else is there to explain.

Overpriced food with bad ingredients.Like the doughnuts made with palm oil!!Dislike fake butter, or butter mixed with margarine on bagels.As pricy as Starbucks without the quality.Please replace with Tim Hortons- where they used real butter and the prices are very reasonable.

Imagine being the only car in drive-thru at 530am being told u have to drive around multiple times for different orders. Horrible service and employess drove 5 minutes up the road to the other dunkin placed 4 orders at once with no problem.

They have the wrong times up online. They do not open at 4am. This is not a very clean establishment. Employees at first were nice so I thought. They were all cursing, and acting unprofessional behind the counter. I ordered a got chocolate, and they just left it on the counter. They didn't acknowledge me at all. Terrible place.

I go every day before work for coffee, and a Cresent never had a bad experience and 95% of the time, my visit time is under 5 minutes from ordering to receiving my order.
When I went in for a cup of coffee, there was a gentleman in the sandwich area. I walked up to the counter and stood there. A young lady came and started counting donuts for inventory. Neither person acknowledged me, although they carried on a conversation between each other.The gentleman left carring a container of bacon without acknowledging my presence, leaving the young lady who started talking to another employee before receiving a call, which I guess was her job. She walked away without acknowledging me, leaving me alone. I waited 30 seconds and left.My question is this: how does a business make money if it ignores its customers?

Hit or miss. Employees look super greasy, toss your food without care, and openly comment about orders they think are crazy. Not to mention the place is treated like a dump, they need to learn to mop the floors and learn the definition of sanitation.

I stopped by this morning while in a hurry and ordered a peppermint mocha latte along with maple brown sugar croisant sandwich, they then went ahead to give me regular coffee but charged me for the latte. I didn’t notice till I was 15 mins away after I took a sip of the drink. And then noticed it clearly written on the cup. Tried calling them, but their number does not work. Just ridiculous
