Overpriced food with bad ingredients.Like the doughnuts made with palm oil!!Dislike fake butter, or butter mixed with margarine on bagels.As pricy as Starbucks without the quality.Please replace with Tim Hortons- where they used real butter and the prices are very reasonable.
I placed a small mobile order for an iced coffee n 4 hot "snack" items WHILE STANDING IN AN EMPTY LOBBY watching 3 staff members scrambling like they were packed. They WERE NOT! I heard my ticket come up and saw staff grab it. I waited 5mins for my coffee, then waited 15mins before mentioning that I was waiting for food. This location was good, but it's a tight pull in on a busy street. Went inside to order it wasn't crowded, there was parking. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn't mess up the order or the food, and it was clean inside. They have a new churro donut that's supposed to taste like churros, I guess, but it doesn't. It tastes like one of those old fashion cinnamon sugar donuts, except it has a fancy shape. Like, c'mon, dd you know dang well that doesn't taste like a churro....read full review
