I ordered hot coffee, and I only received half a cup. The coffee was lukewarm, and I never received whipped cream or caramel on top as it is advertised, and they charged me for a large , I can’t stress enough, all I received was HALF A CUP OF COFFEE!!! I will not be returning to the Starbucks.

Very busy and take forever to getting your food. Not too friendly there though. FYI if you there on Sunday they are close at 5:30pm not 6pm as listed on the door.

Amazing service from a young man working 3/11/24 around 5 pm!!! I explained to him that I’m not from NY and I boarded a plane that morning. I went to MCO Starbucks, not a good experience, I waited 40 minutes for my drink and if I waited any longer I would have missed my flight. Without even letting me finish he reimbursed me and understood very well my struggle, he really helped me out. Thank you to him, I’m here on vacation so the next time I visit this mall I will try to hopefully catch his name and update this review later.

The employee with the hot topic hair told me that my mobile order did not go through (it most CERTAINLY did) and that they were not taking mobile orders and refused to cancel it because she for some reason just would not look at my receipt. I got my refund and I hope you get your karma THIEFY THIEF STEALER

As someone who has gone to many a Starbucks locations the world, I really thought I had seen it all at SB... but boy was I wrong. This SB really lowers the bar for me. I'm NYC-tough, but this is essentially the story of how a Starbuck's barista almost made me cry in the middle of a crowded mall, in the middle of Upstate NY.Starbucks is likely one of the busiest coffee/fast food chains out there, but they are still a chain. I go expecting there to be a crowd, I expect my drinks to take more time, I might even expect the counters to be a bit messy with spilled drinks. But I expect consistency as they train all their baristas with the same materials.I learned to place my order in the app if I wanted my order (and name) to be made correctly. Since the app's release, my orders are almost always consistent - a key reason why I keep returning to the franchise.I'm going to flat out say that this location offered the worst tasting drink, as well as the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks.I'm a very short 5'0 - this makes almost every counter experience difficult, but never so much so as it was at this Starbucks. I stood there for seemingly forever before I was able to flag someone down (or maybe they just got used to ignoring customers?). It's extremely frustrating and embarrassing to stand there repeating, 'excuse me' while being actively ignored (two of the baristas definitely heard and ignored me, not so much as a "hold on" or "can you wait a few minutes").When I finally got someone's attention (when they finally decided to answer me), they were extremely rude about it - as if I was severely inconveniencing them by asking a question about my order. How dare I, a paying customer, have a question about an item I paid for. And how dare I ask such a stupid question - the barista was just short of rolling their eyes at me. She then didn't acknowledge anything I just said, and walked away. I stood there calling after them like an idiot, not know if they were going to address my request. I don't think any coffee shop, or any chain/franchise for that matter, has ever had a staff that talked to me with such irritation and mean attitude. It was kind of humiliating and very upsetting. After standing around waiting for the barista to respond for three minutes, I just walked out of there. Never again with this location. The drink I received tasted nothing like the same drink I have received at many other Starbucks locations. I'm sure there will be people rolling their eyes at this comment, but for those who know me, you know how heavy this comment is. I am a beverage SNOB, I know my drinks. I have spent a lifetime serving and consuming tea, coffee, and alcohol; and my standards for a chain are not very high - but SB has a fairly hight consistency rate because their drinks are extremely formulaic.Bah, this was such a long rant just to say, I was the most dissappointed I've ever been in a SB at this location. I'd rather get burnt diner coffee over this place anyway, as most diners have lovely waitstaff.

I specifically ask to have my agave put in the coffee. Guy Runs back and forth frantically and then Hands me the packets and looks at me like do it yourself. I honestly felt like removing my $1 out that dusty unsanitary plastic tip jar.

Title: Disappointed with Starbucks' Early Closure PolicyRating: ★ ☆☆☆☆I recently had an unpleasant experience at my local Starbucks location, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. As a loyal Starbucks member, I have always appreciated their quality beverages and friendly service. However, my recent encounter left me frustrated and dissatisfied. On a regular weekday, I decided to visit Starbucks to grab my favorite drink. Arriving at 4:49 PM, I was surprised to see that there were still customers inside. However, despite the visible activity, the employee at the door refused to let me enter, stating that the store was closed. This abrupt dismissal, coupled with the employee's rude behavior, left a bitter taste in my mouth. As a loyal Starbucks member, I had never encountered such treatment before. It was disheartening to feel unwelcome and unappreciated, especially when I had arrived well before the official closing time. I understand that employees have their own obligations and closing procedures, but a more courteous and understanding approach would have been greatly appreciated.Starbucks has always prided itself on its customer service and making customers feel valued. Unfortunately, this experience did not align with the company's reputation. The incident left me feeling disrespected and questioning my loyalty to the brand.I believe that Starbucks should reevaluate its early closure policy, especially if there are still customers inside the store. A more customer-centric approach would be to serve those who are already present and politely inform any latecomers about the impending closure. This way, loyal customers like myself would not be left feeling disregarded and frustrated. In conclusion, my recent experience at Starbucks was disappointing. The early closure, coupled with the rude behavior of the employee, left me dissatisfied and questioning my loyalty. I hope that Starbucks takes note of this incident and reevaluates its closing procedures to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and appreciation, regardless of the time they arrive.

I ordered at 12:20pm and they didn’t make my drink until 1 o’clock. People that walked and ordered after me got their drinks within 15 minutes of ordering.

The service here sucks I came like 10 minutes before they closed and this Asian lady would not let me in she SLAMED the door on my face I told I would tip even more because it take one minute to make a drink but she had other plans but there where other people I'm there wich makes me this that this was racially motivated because I was with my friend of color and all the people in there where WHITE I think very bad and I really wanted that drink I do not think you should go here if you want to be hated on by that Asian lady but the other workers where terrific and very nice but that lady that was hating on us.
