The food was terrible, I ordered general tso and beef chowmein. My general tso was soggy and watery with zero flavor and my beef chowmein was gray and soggy as well. They botched the order and gave me rice instead of noodles and when we called to tell them about it, we were met with the worst customer service I’ve had in a while! The person on the phone was indifferent and dismissive. 100% will never eat there again. Threw the food right in the trash.

Best Cook does tofu *right*. Crispy on the outside but pillowy & soft on the inside. I wish I had tried it sooner! Definitely adding Best Cook to my regular list.

We had to wait over 75 minutes for our delivery and the food was mediocre at best. The service when calling to inquire about our delivery was horrible and the people they have answering calls do not know which end is up. Terrible service and will not ever order for here again and I will give terrible reviews to all open lines of social media urging customers to select a different restaurant.

Best Chinese takeout in the area by far. Everything is delicious, ready on time, and everyone is polite.
I personally love their food, they make their pork fried rice the way I like it. We've ordered from them a few times now and it's always great!

What the hell happened? This used to be my favorite Chinese before I found China star that was closer, I got a general tso chicken as thats all I eat at Chinese food places, IT LITERALLY TASTED LIKE RUBBER. The food was not fresh what so ever so I definitely got the "end of the day" food like it was sitting there and someone put it in the microwave, I couldn't even eat it. This is not okay, this will make people sick. Go to China star or somewhere else cause this was absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time or money and don't risk your health. I could tell by how over stuffed my container was that they were just trying to get rid of it.

Not friendly customer service. We asked for chilli oil on the side with our order and the lady in the front refused to give it unless we pay extra. Food is not bad.
Generally it’s good but for delivery service they take time hope they fix it!!!!

Got a pick up to go and the food was ready on time. Shrimp lo mein was very tasty. However, I do wish there were more veggies in vegetable and shrimp fried rice. Both dishes tasted bland. But the portions are huge and I would go again to try something else on the menu.

They say the best Chinese restaurants have 3 and a 1/2 stars. So 4 stars is my attempt at reflecting that. After years of going to another place we made this our new regular Chinese restaurant about a year ago.
