My son & I got there around 6pm and had about a 10-15 minute wait. There was a bar to the right & most of the dining was to the left. It was clean & had a comfortable feel inside. We were seated & I had already planned what I wanted to eat the night before, so I wouldn't take forever deciding once I got there. But first, we were served delicious, soft, warm Italian bread . It was so good. We ended up getting it 3x I believe. Our waitress's name was Ashlie S. She was great !!! Very nice, friendly, helpful, funny & very easy to talk to. I order the LINGUINE POSITANO WITH CHICKEN, I got the MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP & the CANNOLI CAKE FOR 2 for dessert. Everything was phenomenal !! The pasta was so light but with a burst of amazing flavors ! The soup was so good & with huge pieces of chicken in it. Yummmmmmy !! The Cannoli Cake was very good & because my birthday was yesterday, Ashlie gave me a few scoops of vanilla ice cream with syrup & a little birthday candle in it. She was so sweet. Everything was just perfect ! I had an amazing experience here tonight . I found the prices to be reasonable , at least for what I got. We had quite a Long waiting time to get our food, but it was soooo worth it ! They have a special deal going on. I don't know if it's temporary or always going on, but it is a great deal. Whatever the price of something you order for in the restaurant, you take home ANYTHING for less for $10.00. No matter what the regular price. I took home another Linguine Positano,but without the chicken. So now I have an amazing lunch & dinner for tomorrow, since I didn't even finish my pasta there. We also received extra fresh bread to take home. 100% satisfaction on the trip. Also, the ladies room was very clean & smelled good. (That never happens ) I will most definitely be returning to this Carrabba's & I hope I get the wonderful Ashlie S. as my server again. She was full of life, unlike a couple others I saw that looked like they were ready for bed. lol”

“I’ve been there twice and never had a bad experience. The servers are always very friendly and fast, and the restaurant is very clean. The breadsticks come out first, always soft and well seasoned. Something I like to do is to dip the breadsticks in the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. The salad came out fast too and was also great. I always get a classic Alfredo and my favorite Creamy Mushroom sauce with my pasta. So much that I even learned how to make the Creamy Mushroom sauce at home! I just wish they have the Never Ending Pasta event all year round. Because other than that, I don’t really find Olive Garden to be affordable or a good deal for pasta, something very easy to make at home.”

“My husband and I have always enjoyed the great food and drinks at Jazzboline, and the waitstaff consistently provides excellent service. Recently, I had the pleasure of throwing a surprise birthday party for my husband there, and I can't say enough about how helpful Mike Overdorf was! He answered all my questions and made the party planning process seamless, from selecting the drink menu to choosing the meals, even including little boxes of chocolates as a special touch. During the party, the waitstaff, Michelle and Sara, were gracious, kind, patient, and attentive throughout the celebration.”

“I ordered the spicy pot at Q Seafood Boil and it was very delicious. The flavor was strong and rich. I chose a medium spicy level, and it was perfect for me. It was spicy but not too much. The seafood inside was fresh and cooked well. The food came out hot and smelled amazing. Sometimes, some staffs didn't care about the customers that is why i gave 3 stars for service. Overall, the restaurant was clean.
I enjoyed the spicy pot very much. I will come back again next time. I recommend it if you like spicy seafood.”

“Went to the Amherst NY location for my birthday on September 30th, our waitress Rachel was fantastic! She’s extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. The manager is also excellent. My hubby ordered a blooming onion that Rachel reordered on her own, the second one was perfect! The manager even came out and spoke to us. We weren’t and didn’t complain at all but they made sure our visit was memorable and it was. I highly recommend this location, food, service and staff was excellent! “Bad bad experience. I was served and finished my dinner before my wife got any of what she ordered. Flagged down several people with restaurant uniform on and was totally ignored. Asked for the bill and waited ten minutes before I had to flag down a person to pay. We’ll never go back, ever!!”

“Our family ate dinner together on our first visit and we got to experience the karaoke room along with our meal. It was so, so fun!!! We had three small children and they loved making the hot pot and the karaoke singing. The room is large and comfortable for a large party and the staff is so kind and helpful! I would highly recommend to others and we will be back.”

On the down side the building is a bit to small to handle the amount of traffic from customers so its pretty common to have to wait in line outside but thats out of their control.”

“Walking into this bakery and seeing that I could eat ANYTHING that I wanted -- that I didn't have to be scared that I'd get sick, that I didn't have to limit myself to just one or two items that might not even be what I wanted -- y'all, I almost started crying. Just the relief of it, and knowing that someone cared enough to turn their entire bakery gluten-free. That means so much more than you can imagine. And the food was so good that we went here three times during our week-long stay in the area. In fact, we plan to order from them and have it shipped to us now that we're back home. Highly recommended!”

​The wings, however, were a bit of a mixed bag. While they were a great size and perfectly crispy, they had almost no sauce on them. We ordered Medium and Mild, but both tasted as if they hadn't been sauced at all. I’m hoping it was just a one-off mistake, as the quality of the chicken was great. I’ll definitely give them another shot!”

“I recently tried this spot and had a bit of a mixed experience, but overall it was still very solid 😊 The French toast didn’t completely wow me — I’ve definitely had better elsewhere — but it wasn’t bad either, just not my personal favorite 🍞
That said, the rest of the food really made up for it! The omelettes were cooked perfectly, fluffy and packed with flavor 🍳👌 The corned beef hash was especially impressive — crispy, savory, and super satisfying. And if you’re stopping in for lunch, you won’t be disappointed. The pizza logs, chicken tenders, and fries were just as good as anywhere else around town — maybe even better! 🍕🍗🍟 Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
Another big plus is the pricing 💵 The portions are generous and the quality you get for the cost is absolutely worth it. While the French toast may not be the highlight for me, there are plenty of other delicious options on the menu that definitely make this place worth visiting again 👍”

“It is one of my favorite these days.
Pro:
1. It is very cheap, I mean averagely you only spend $20 or even less for one dish. And good portion.
2. It is a classic Chinese flavor, not too spicy, not overly sweet. Just good.
Cons:
1. It is quite small. You may need to wait long if you come at rush hour.
2. Not many choices, I order like 15 dishes one time and that's basically everything they have

“The Tea Leaf Cafe is my favorite place to get boba.

I should note that this fact in and of itself isn't particularly impressive. I've only been to a few other boba places, and the only other place that I know the name and location of had some issues with the freshness of the foodstuffs they offered. So this place had a very low bar to clear.

That said, it cleared that bar pretty comfortably. The tea itself is good. I have no complaints about it, but also I haven't really encountered a place that does boba wrong, so it doesn't get many points for this. Where this place excels is in its atmosphere. There are black faux leather couches that you can sit on. There are tables along the side where UB students are writing their anthropology essays on their laptops. There's a bookshelf in the far corner with books that are free to take and leaf through, and board games left behind by the city's go club, which meets there every Thursday evening. There's always an interesting playlist/station on in the background, but it's rarely the same. Sometimes it's reggae, sometimes it's jazz, sometimes it's a sort of easy-listening form of pop, sometimes it's indie folk. I can't guarantee that you'll like what you hear, but I think you're always going to be okay with it.

I will levy two minor complaints, neither of which are enough to drop my rating down below 5 stars. The first is that the front door needs to be fixed somehow. The inner door doesn't automatically close, which makes the temperature buffer antechamber lose its functional purpose, and it causes the inside of the place to get a bit chilly on colder nights.

My second complaint is that the night time lighting is a little too dim for my tastes, and I imagine for the tastes of anyone who isn't there with the intention of taking a nap. The walls and ceiling of the place are already painted a dark color, so the choice of lighting makes the place pick up a bit of a cellar vibe more than a cafe vibe, and I sometimes feel my brain working more slowly than usual because of it.

But those two minor issues aside, I'm quite pleased with this place's atmosphere, staff, seating arrangements, and quality and availability of tea. Definitely check it out if you're up for some bubble tea.”

“Nothing Bundt Cakes in Amherst NY truly make the best bundts in the business! With tons of delicious flavors to choose from, whether you pick your own or let them create a beautiful assorted box...you can’t go wrong. The mini bundt dozens are absolutely perfect and make amazing party favors that guests can take home with them. I also love that you can control your frosting amount and customize everything to your taste.

For Thanksgiving, I bought the Turkey Bundt Cake in their seasonal flavor pumpkin spice along with a dozen minis for 15 people, and it was the hit of the party! My nephews had some for dessert and even with their breakfast in the morning!! Needless to say they loved staying with their aunt for the holiday 😂

Ordering was incredibly easy both online and in-store. Pickup was flawless. The girl working the counter was pleasant and helpful. Everything was ready in just a couple of minutes. The items were wrapped really well and secured for travel, which I really appreciated.

I know the price is a little higher than other Cakes (spent around 100) but when you factor in the decorating and different options along with holiday decor add ons etc. I think the cost is justified

If you want crowd-pleasing desserts that look as cute as they taste, Nothing Bundt Cakes is the place to get them!”

“I came in and got warmly greeted immediately, I got seated and my order took within a few minutes. Fast service fastly prepared. I ordered the chicken and spicy garlic lunch order. It took no more that 10-15 minutes to make and it was absolutely delicious, I never like brocolli but in this case I cleared the plate, everything was extremely flavorful and just great. Pricing is completely fair and the food is what I’d say authentic. Would recommend and go again.”

“The atmosphere of the coffee shop was cool but it was in the middle of Whole Foods so it was definitely busy. The guy working there was nice but he was the only one working so it took a while for him to finish our drinks which was ok because we got to purchase some pastries and bagels (which was better than average). The drinks we got were good, nothing special. I got the brown butter cookie latte tasted almost like a normal latte just a little sweeter. Overall a pretty good place to have coffee!”

“The BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had! If you are even considering ordering Chinese food, order from Golden Wok. The rice is authentic and flavorful. The orange chicken and General Tso’s chicken are saucy with the perfect amount of spice, flavor, and veggies. The crab rangoons are crispy perfection and the egg rolls are crunchy and delicious. The portion size is enough to have leftovers and the food is so good that I don't ever want to order from any other Chinese food restaurant. “Gin Gin might be my new favorite Chinese restaurant in Buffalo! Even as someone who grew up working in Chinese restaurants, Gin Gin has impressed me. First impression, it's an older restaurant, the interior is nothing fancy, but older, which might give the wrong impression but I'm not one to quickly judge until I get my food. So after we sat down, we were given the menu. All Chinese restaurants have a big menu with countless options to choose from, but Gin Gin has by far the largest menu I've ever seen, adding onto the dishes not on the actual menu but posted on the walls. The cool thing is that they serve not just your typical American Chinese food but also some authentic Chinese dishes. So it took me quite some time to decide what to order. I even had to ask the boss for recommendations. She recommended me the Curry Chicken (Chop). Which was unlike the Curry Chicken my family's restaurant used to make or any other restaurant I've been to. The use bone in chicken wing pieces instead of the typical chicken breast/thigh meat. While I do prefer it the typical way, I was down to try something new. The Egg Drop Soup was also great, and it came with a side of Crispy Noodles, which you can add into the soup. But I like dipping it in duck sauce like chips and salsa. The Egg Drop Soup was very flavorful and I believe they use chicken broth/stock instead of just water, which means higher quality! The Beef w Garlic Sauce is something I always love to get when I go to Chinese restaurants, and they made it beautifully. It was full of flavor and better than most Beef w Garlic Sauce I've had. The portions were also great! We left all full and satisfied. Will definitely be back to try other stuff next time!”
