The young lady at the counter said they use Haddock and I love haddock. I was concerned about the rap because sometimes at these Greek places they’re hard and crispy because they’re stale. This was not the case it was fresh and soft. I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The employees were extremely cordial and informative on how long it may take to cook. The rice pudding was creamy and done correctly. Now I will definitely go back.“

“This is very small restaurant on Sheridan Dr., near Millersport. There are 5 tables set for 2; 5 tables set for 4 and one table set for 8. I ordered the falafel wrap. It comes with hot-out-of-the-fryer fries. These were great. The very large wrap is filled with several falafel balls, tahini and chopped salad. It has been a while since I enjoyed falafel. This wrap did not disappoint. It was delicious.“

“The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because the wrap that I almost always get has been a little smaller the last 5 or more times I got it.Their wraps are an outstanding combination of flavors. They "bake" the naan in a Tandoor oven fresh for each order. The sauces pair perfectly with the naan and all the ingredients. I can't tell you if it is "authentic" but I can tell you it is outstanding! I have also thoroughly enjoyed several of their "over rice" dishes as well.It's not a candle lit experience, that is not who they are catering to. They are serving candle lit quality food at nearly the speed of fast food. The atmosphere is about the same as a fast food restaurant, but cleaner and even more brightly lit. “This food was incredible!! You get so much food for what you pay for. I got the small Greek salad and that could easily feed two people as a starter salad or one person (plus potentially leftovers) for dinner. All of the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. “Great tandoori chicken and fantastic shawarma, and obviously the kebabs were so good. The peppers were grilled to smokey-tasting perfection. AND they gave us free eclipse-viewing glasses in the bag. We went in and ordered at the counter, which took a while longer than I would imagine. Atmosphere was a little odd and not a focus apparently. If a factor to you, so be it. But the food was good.“

“I used to work near the Transit/Wehrle location and eat there nearly every week. It's still very good. I enjoy it more than Rachel's. Their meats and veggies are always fresh. I wish they still made their own pita chips instead of just using bagged Issa chips. Terribly uncomfortable chairs and the music is too loud. Many places go that route so that customers don't stay too long when eating there. Get the chicken souvlaki wrap and Greek fries. You won't be disappointed.“
“I love the falafel pita sandwich they have here. And I recently tried their falafel rice bowl, which was also very tasty. And I like to get the rice pudding on occasion, which is also yummy. I've never had a bad thing here, basically.I had a falafel rice bowl from another restaurant, which was good, but heavy and on the greasy side. The falafel rice bowl from Rachel's is definitely not heavy or greasy at all. It tastes healthy and doesn't make me feel so full that I can't finish it all. Also, it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I'm a little lactose intolerant, but whatever tahini sauce they use on top is super friendly to my stomach, unlike other eateries in the area which use a thicker, richer tahini sauce.“

The milanese is incredible. the salad that comes as a soup or salad choice is the best included salad ive ever had with a meal. the bread with olive oil and fava bean hummus is my favorite bread service around. Let's not forget the awesome and welcoming staff that always makes us feel like family. Yesterday my wife had a beet salad special that was in her opinion better (by far) than the ones she has had at the western door and other "high end" restaurants. “Nice spot to grab a quick lunch in the city. It's easy to order online and have it ready when you walk in. The portions are huge and everything is freshly made so it matches the pricing. I love how you can customize everything on your sandwich from bread to the meats, cheese, and condiments so it's literally made to order. The only thing that I don't like is there is only 1 table there for you to enjoy your meal and if someone gets it before you, you're stuck trying to find a bench near by. So far, the chicken salad wrap has been my favorite!“
“Getting a mammogram was made slightly less unpleasant by discovering the Falafel Bar food truck outside Windsong Radiology 8/7/20. The guys were super friendly. I asked what time they'd be there until and told them I'd be back and probably over 1.5 hours later when I came back, they remembered me. They even were joking around trying to guess what I would order before I did. Their humor and friendliness was appreciated more than they could have known in that moment. I got a falafel wrap ($9) and it was a really good size and good quality. Veggies were crisp and falafel was tasty. I wasn't expecting it to come in a burrito-style wrap, but it was still good, and honestly probably bigger than it would have been in a pita wrap. The only reason for 4 stars is because it was pretty soupy between the tahini and hummus and probably some liquid from the veggies. Overall, good quality and I'd definitely get it again, but just specify light on the condiments.“

“You should I had taken a picture of our meals but I totally forgot, but went with my partner and we both got one of the salads. I had the Gyro salad and they got the Chicken Souvlaki salad. They were massive and delicious. I didn’t even think the container of Greek dressing they gave would be enough, but it managed to do the job. Mines was served with a mixture of beef and lamb and theirs obviously had chicken on it. Prices were very good and food came up quick.
