“The food is always good. Sometimes even excellent. The ambience is perfect, and if you are lucky enough to go there, during a rainstorm, sit in the arboretum with the glass ceilings and the Koi pond. Wonderful vibrations. The Wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a full bar and depending upon who the bartender is, your drinks will be from good to very good. This place does not Disappoint.”
“Brick House Tavern is one of the first places I think of when friends want to meet for drinks, casual dinner, or a late night snack. The food is always consistently good, especially the salmon, tater tots, and knockout shrimp, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The comfortable atmosphere and great staff welcome you to settle in and relax at the bar or a table by the fire. If you do choose to sit at the bar, you will likely have the good fortune of meeting Danny, who expertly presides over libations and spreads good will to everyone there. Danny takes the time to talk to each patron and easily makes connections with people, to the point where on return visits, he remembers what you usually order and suggests, or even designs new drinks for you, based on what he knows you’ll like. There is no better ambassador for Brick House than Danny, from his talent at mixology to his genuine interest in people and expertise in building relationships. Every time I go there, it’s like hanging out with a trusted friend or member of the family. Danny has bartended, served, and even has helped in planning several large gatherings that I have been a part of at Brick House. He truly gives his time and attention to every person in the party. Constantly in tune, drink refills seem to magically appear or he arrives to check in. Danny is an original and one of the reasons why Brick House Tavern and Tap is a regular spot for me!”
“Enjoyed afternoon lunch recently with a friend. We both had the lunch trio special - soup, salad and small plate. The amount was perfect and filled me up. Loved Mama's Sicilian chicken soup -- the pasta was tender and broth very flavorful. The parmesan cheese salad was delicious and the meatballs work ricotta cheese and marinara sauce was fresh and savory. The service was great from greeting to good bye. I used the online waitlist to be sure if having a spot saved. The atmosphere was quiet, soft music playing, others ladies who lunch nearby. Very good value for the lunch experience. We plan to return for dinner soon and have the sangria!”
“I've never been here, but when I walked inside, I was surprised to see a formal dining room. I thought it was just another pizza place. The pictures of plates of food look spectacular!!”
“As soon as I seen another Hot Pot placed opened up I was very eager to try this out. It's not a typical hot pot restaurant where you cook the food yourself, but you can pick what you want inside your dish (meats, seafoods, veggies, etc.). The selection of choices is very good, and the quality is great. I'll definitely be coming back for more.”
“We decided to share 3 starters along with individual Caesar salads and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our choices were oysters on the half shell followed by the charcuterie board and duck wings. It turned out to be a great mix of flavors and textures. Also loved the Caesar with white anchovies.”
“I didn't know what to expect. This was my 1st time here.. it was delicious. I would for sure come back again. Everyone was very nice. I ordered ahead of time.”
“I enjoyed a large family dinner with around 10 of us. The service was really friendly and attentive. The food is always good here and a nice atmosphere to dine in.”
“I took my family for dinner today and our experience was fantastic! Our food was great, our service was perfect and we had a surprise from a family member returning home from serving overseas who joined us. Our waitress came over and told our table that they would like to give us free dessert. It was very nice of the restaurant to recognize my family members service and include us all! It was a great experience and memory!”
“First hotpot experience ever! The servers were so patient and informative of how it all worked. Huge selection of fresh veggies and tofu which is perfect for me since I am vegetarian. My boyfriend loves their steak and the fish/pork balls. Making your own sauce to dip in is definitely my favorite part! Many broths to choose from as well and I really like that you can do split pots even if it’s only two people since my bf eats meat and I do not. Different sake and soju to try and were delicious! Ambiance is welcoming and the music/ led screen playing music videos is fun but not too loud. Very clean whenever we go, as well as the bathrooms smelling fresh. Any negative reviews about the service must’ve missed the huge “call” button at each table if you need anything or want to order more the employees come right away. We never end up even needing the call button. Overall the service was immaculate and we were constantly being checked on by all three employees which made us felt so cared for. Can’t recommend this place enough and it’s our new favorite spot!”
“My daughter and I ate here several times. We enjoy having our food cooked in front of us. The food is always delicious! Sometimes it could use a little more seasoning or sauce, but most times, it’s just right! We always get seated within 10 min, even when it’s crowded. So there’s never really a long wait, which I love. All in all, I recommend this restaurant if you love Japanese food, entertainment and hibachi style restaurants.Parking: There’s a big parking lot, with free parking that wraps around the building. You shouldn’t have a problem finding a park.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome! There’s always a lot of kids here. It’s a kid friendly environment.”
“Fast and Friendly Service!I ordered from this restaurant during my stay at the Bufaloo Marriott. The food was absolutely delicious, and the bartender was friendly. I enjoyed the Strawberry Salad, also. Overall, a great restaurantVegetarian options: Strawberry Salad- arugula, spinach, feta cheese, walnuts, and strawberry dressing”
“bar tender extremely busy, manager jumped in as bar back, dishwasher, drink mixer all with a good sense of humor. I know the world is short staffed but, we didn't mind the wait with such a happy team! Good job!”
“I come here every Tuesday for dinner and trivia. Trivia is awesome here on a Tuesday night, and it's pretty busy then. The general atmosphere is fun, with a sportsbar feel. The food is inconsistent, however. I haven't had the wings, but the pizza and burgers are good. I ordered Philly cheese chicken sandwich, I've ordered before, but last night I had to return it, as it was very salty. The one they replaced it with was fine. Also good are the tater tots, which you can order as a side or by themselves. I also wish they'd return the good salads back to the menu. Service is very friendly and efficient.Parking: large parking lot, with several handicapped spaces.”
“I usually order online from here, but it’s quick and easy every time. Great service, and even at busy times it’s never too stuffy or crowded.Vegetarian options: If you know your limits, the menu will be easy to navigate and work around.Dietary restrictions: The servers are very good listeners and will manage portions.”
“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!”
“The place looks good, I just went to pick up dinner, well I already ate the biscuits, they were salty, and the crab legs didn't have even a bit of salt, which they added too much to the biscuits.”
“Food was amazing! I would say service was average the server came by twice. Restaurant has a very intimate setting. Restaurant is in the higher end side but it's worth its value.”
