For the past few months, every time I use rapid pick up, my order is delayed at least 15 minutes. I placed an order this morning at 7:25 for a 7:55 pickup and it wasn't ready until 8:17. In addition, the sandwich I got was very messy and falling off the bread. It was difficult to eat.

I waited 30 minutes for my order which was just 1 chai! That's it. One drink and it took 30 whole minutes. And all of the staff were incredibly rude and unapologetic about it.

No one knows how to make an order, I have been sitting for 30 minutes and my order hasn’t even been started, constantly mixing everything up. On top of that they messed my order up as well, not even being close to what I ordered. During the 45 minutes of sitting, waiting for my incredibly easy order, I saw three different workers go out for a break. I will never go back here again, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a “fast food” restaurant. I would be surprised if this Panera lasts another year.

I just waited 30 minutes for an order consisting of just 1 drink. I should have known better because there is always a delay at this location, but this was ridiculous. They were rude and unapologetic.

The workers are kind but they get so behind at lunch time. I’m not sure if it’s staffing issues or what, but waited 50 minutes for a single pick 2 meal today.
Food was delicious. There was a slight issue with the order that was quickly remedied smilingly and with extra service.

I live nearby to this location and ordered once for delivery when I had COVID a year and a half ago. My order was wrong and I had a hard time eventually getting the correct stuff delivered to me. Well, I FINALLY used them again yesterday and, AGAIN, my order was screwed up. I had a pick up order which forgot my cookies and I was visiting someone in the hospital and bringing them the food. As soon as I noticed (at the hospital, bummed to not have something that this person really wanted), I called three times, no one answered. I sent a friend over with my order # and they tried to tell them that they might not have any cookies left. No refund or anything additional to make up for their mistakes--the extra work for me to get my order, the person in the hospital not getting their food. I thought maybe my first experience was a fluke, but I'm guessing this isn't the case. I will not be using this Panera ever again.
