The place looks good, I just went to pick up dinner, well I already ate the biscuits, they were salty, and the crab legs didn't have even a bit of salt, which they added too much to the biscuits.

We had a great time hanging out here. Our server was so friendly! We got the lobster flatbread, that was good, as well as shrimp, scallops, and fish and chips. It was all good!

Our waitress was the best!Only been there 2 months but she was very pleasant & attentive. The food was great also. We hasn't been here for years. So very surprised by the service & food.
This location in Amherst is a lot better than the one in Hamburg. Unfortunately all chain restaurants are a hit and miss. All depends on the staff and crew.

We had reservations for 6 and when we got there the manager informed us that the system was down. We were unable to have dinner there at that time.So we took our party elsewhere.

We called and an employee said they stopped seating at 10:45. We got all the way there at like 10:20. And they decided they weren’t seating anymore. The manager was rude when we told her we came far. We are never going back there again.

Absolutely terrible service late dinner not crowded at all got seated pretty quick but that's where it stops never seen or heard from anybody after that waited 10-15 mins no drinks no service got up and left nobody asked or inquired why we were leaving probably won't be going back to this

Went to Red Lobster on Maple Rd today for lunch, great experience i must say! I ordered endless shrimp and ate all that I could, skewered, Walt's favorite, coconut, scampi and alfredo. All were hot and made to order. Service was spot on and the waitress brought extra drinks out even before needed. Biscuits were hot and delicious. I recommend highly
