I’m forgoing the “take a night to sleep on it” for internet reviews: I thoroughly enjoy this Starbucks and the baristas and servers. However, I was surprised after ordering food/drinks at 9:40am and showing up at 10am (for a 9:59 projected finish) that my food/drinks were taken by someone else. After waiting an additional 15 minutes and getting the order started (not leaving until 10:30) I wasn’t even apologized for the situation. Customer service is #1 and I’m surprised at how it was handled.

Just got a (seasonal) grande Mocha Peppermint Latte which I'd always recommend, as well as I'd recommend the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Latte. (For anyone who's never been to Starbuck's before, the sizes are tall, grande, and venti, in that order, from smallest to largest.) The prices are fairly high, but I've never had a drink from there that wasn't great. Oh, and do watch out for the snowman cookies which are way, W̤̮ A̤̮ Y̤̮ too amazing (and addictive?).
I went because I had a gift card to spend. It took 15 minutes for 2 tall lattes. It seemed like mobile orders were prioritized before store orders and there was only one worker on drinks. (Register person kept taking orders and didn't help). When I finally received my order (sugar cookie almond milk) it tasted like flavored water. I'm really glad that I didn't but spend my own money and will not return to this location.

The two girls(one with huge earrings & one with white eyeliner) were so rude and acted like they hated their jobs. The cashier missed one of my order so when I asked the barista for it, she made a RBF and slid the drink to me without even looking or apologizing. It felt so obvious she was upset.Never coming back here again.
