“This location of DD is usually swamped with drive thru customers, usually reaching all the way to NY-30 and wait times can be upwards of 15 min for a simple order. This isn’t the fault of the workers however, but a combination of poor physical layout of the premises combined with a heavier than typical influx of customers in the morning hours. I try to go before 7:30 am as it’s reasonable at this time, but after that til about midday it’s usually a long wait.The dedicated workers I see there every day remain impressive to me with their cheery attitude and order accuracy. Kudos to the middle-aged lady that usually greets me at the intercom every day with her remembering my order most days. Very professional, and very nice to see!“

“On a random whim I decided to stop in during a walk in some great weather we were having, just to grab a few doughnuts and that was going to be it.I got up to the register and one guy is counting the cash and coins, and is totally ignoring me. He noticed me come in, but didn't say hello, didn't look up to nod at me, didn't say jack. Eventually after a minutes or so a girl come around to help me, grabs the three doughnuts I decided on, and said i was good to go. (yes, I got my order for free)I think the reason she just let me grab and go was as an apology for the other guy being as rude as he was, and also that she made it sound that I would not be able to pay for a while as the register was being worked on. Hey, I made sure since I don't like to get anyone in trouble, but I won't look a free doughnut in the bag.Back home I gave the three a quick reheat in the microwave, just a dozen or so seconds, and, yeah, they were pretty acceptable. Went with a strawberry glazed, a coffee swirl, and a blueberry glazed. The blueberry was nice and cakey, the strawberry was sweater than I expected, and the coffee would have been perfect with a hot cup of Jo but was fine on its own.Was originally going to go with a three star rating for that initial unhelpful individual, but the girl afterwards brought this back to a solid four.“

“I enjoy getting my food from this Dunkin’ Donuts. I usually like to go inside and place my order. I feel like ever since they changed workers, the manager, and remodeled, I don’t have to have to wait at the register, with no line, for 10 minutes just to order my food. The employees there are so sweet, fast, and accurate with taking my order. I would like to give thanks to the employees for making my day!! Keep up the amazing work!!!“

“I love the location and it was very neat inside. There's not much space for parking or for the drive through on a busy day but luckily the customer service was quick and cordial.Parking: There's only 5 spots with extra for the handicapped.“

“Love this place! Quick and professional, very friendly. The coffee tastes better and the price is actually a little lower, i think?? The store does a lot of business volume yet they are still nice. Well staffed with good people. The location is worth a million dollars, its at a relatively major intersection, on a roundabout. But still has parking because most customers use the drive thru“
