“The pizza was good and I enjoyed it. BUT...I would not sell it as "chopped cheese" it did not taste or remind me of a chopped cheese. Believe me, I was born and raised in the Bronx and know a thing or 2 about chopped cheese. Also, it was a tad shy on the meat(see pic) for the price I paid.“

“We went to Restaurant 6 at Curry Estate during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week to check it out. We were not disappointed! The building was beautiful, and the food was exceptional. Service we received was spectacular (shout out to Darren, our server!!) He was very accommodating, informative, and overall wonderful! It's one of the best Restaurant Week dinners we've had! The fact is that it is full at 4p.m. on cold rainy Saturday, speaks volumes. And now I am going to RAVE about the food. Starting with appetizers- Hot antipasto. You can taste every herb and savor on the signature flavor right into the homemade stuffed clams,stuffed ?, stuffed pepper, eggplant rollatini, and shrimp. I have posted pictures of all. I ordered stuffed mushrooms, and my recommendation- if you don't order these handmade, perfectly cooked, flavorful mushrooms in a wine sauce like I've never tasted in my experience, you will have missed out on thee best sauce ever tasted. I could drink it by the gallon and put it on anything. Yes! That delicious. The main dishes come with salad, which was fresh and equally delicious with their house balsamic dressing. The veal and shrimp marsala was amazing, with the choice of side we went with broccoli garlic and oil. Perfect texture and flavoring, not any heavy taste of oil. The veal and shrimp francese was a little much with the lemon. Desert was delicious, lemon? But show the picture, and they will know. This brings me to what made such an experience with fine food, so ? I have to give our waiter, Andrew, much praise for his recommendations and nature in being attentive in knowing when we needed assistance and checking in to make sure we were satisfied. With that, my review is a finely quality restaurant with food and staffing, making it a place we will sure to go to again. “What's not to love? This Wappingers spot is right in town, they serve up tasty food, quality beverages, and the staff will treat you well. The bar is quite nice, and definitely clean. Even better, when it's nice outside, there's an adorable back deck that's perfect for sipping a cider, or one of their serious selection of craft beers on tap. There are also cocktails available, but they seem to truly care about the tap selection. Right now they've got a 16% ABV stout out of Brooklyn on tap, which is downright dangerous. This seems like the rare bar that not only fries things well, but it also cares about the rest of its menu too. No one is ever sad about bang bang shrimp and chicken fingers and fries (we order like adults around here), but the salads are very solid as well. There are even vegetarian and vegan options for your friends who aren't quite as meaty (technical term). And that's all I have to say about that.“

“Dive bar in Highland, NY. It's worth the visit for sure. Hospitality is great as the owner Sal came around and greeted us. The waitress was on point. “This place is such a hidden gem of the Hudson valley. You can walk right past it thinking it’s just an old building from the exterior, but walk inside and you will be delightfully surprised. It offers one of my favorite restaurant views of the Hudson River. The food is amazing and really varied. I would highly recommend the burger, steak, or pork chops. My wife didn’t like the veggie burger, but she did love the French onion soup.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is not great.“

“This place is amazing! I went here in the beginning of May and the weather couldn't have been better. Light breeze, full sun, the whole kit and caboodle. I ordered a steak sandwich with a side salad and it was perfect!! The steak was just how I like it, bacon was well done (doesn't happen often), and the bread was excellent. If you go here, I highly recommend sitting outside. You have an excellent view of the golf courses and the surrounding hills. I went near sunset and it was perfect! 5/5!“

“So yes, we LOVE Mexican food!! We try a lot of different Mexican restaurants... this one was good, but have had better. The Queso was a little different than we expected and rice didn't seem to have as much flavor as others I've tried but everyone has their days. I did like that you got rice with tacos though. The place was nice, a bit tight, but still a great atmosphere and feel. It was a bit busy so service was a bit slow.“
