“We just moved to Poughquag from Westchester County. My Mom got me a Strawberry Shortcake by mistake instead of my favorite Chocolate Mousse cake. But, the Strawberry Shortcake was excellent!! It was fresh, moist and delicious. We also bought sourdough bread which was divine. As well as fresh dog treats that my dogs gobbled up. We highly recommend Katie Rose Bakery. “I’ll never forget that Jan 2021 it was my daughter’s birthday. They were closed due to Covid. But the owners went in, made me a cake and hand delivered it to my front door just so my daughter could have a cake for her birthday. No extra charge and it was same day! Attention like that is what makes a place great and sets them apart. It’ll never be forgotten, always be appreciated and this place will always hold a special place for that.“
