“This little gem is so New York, and I had the best time here last Saturday night. It’s a tiny space run by a lovely husband-and-wife team that makes the whole experience feel warm and personal. The set menu was outstanding, with so many great flavor combinations, many of them inspired by traditional Nepali dishes. They also offer a thoughtfully chosen wine pairing that complemented the food really well. Service was excellent throughout, and I especially enjoyed hearing the stories behind each dish and the inspiration that went into creating them. Overall, just an outstanding dinner and a place I can’t wait to return to.”

“This spot is absolutely beautiful and tough to get a reservation for. Having gotten the chance to eat there I understand. Big parties book this restaurant for not only the space but the delicious food. Tried three spreads, their spinach side, and their salmon with rice. Was too full to order dessert but will definitely be back to try more. Bathroom was clean and the servers were so nice.”

“We had our wedding at Rialto and couldn’t imagine a perfect ceremony and reception.

Dominic and the Rialto team were incredible. Super attentive and went out of their way to make sure our day was as special as can be.

We have no idea how but they managed to make sure the food was always fresh and hot when served, even the branzino, which is not easy to do all at once for ~75 people. Seriously impressive.

They really outdid themselves and we will definitely come back to Rialto for dinner which now holds a special place in our hearts. ❤”

“My wife had been craving Tajen ever since we had it on Morocco. The food was as if we were sitting in Morocco. We ordered two soups Harir and lentil soup. I personally like Harir but lentil soup was ok. Then we ordered Lamb and fish Tajen one with rice and other with bread. Lamb Tajen was out of this world. Fish Tajen was good too. But if you don't have a big appetite, I would highly recommend skipping everything else and just have the lamb Tajen. Atmosphere was cozy and service took a bit of time because they make it fresh so be patient. Overall great experience of having Morocco food without spending thousands of dollars.”

“There are many excellent Greek restaurants in Astoria and Ambrosia Garden can hold its own with all of them. The decor is splendid. It feels like you are being teleported to an intimate Greek island. Pavlos, our server, was top notch. Every dish we had was on point. The meal started with fresh house baked bread and olive oil. Excellent. We then ordered the Hellenic salad, tzatziki, a couple of glasses of Cava and some wine. I ordered the grilled lamb chops, my wife and mother in law ordered two branzinos and my father in law ordered the cod special. I loved it all. My father in law thought that the cod was too salty and Pavlos was extremely apologetic. He proceeded to give us a couple of desserts on the house. Amazing. Each are done in house and they are special. We had a sticky cake layer topped with a cream and pistachio. It was divine and then we had their famous orange cake. So good. I finished off the meal with a perfect double espresso. Thank you Pavlos and thank you Ambrosia Garden for a wonderful experience.”

“If you know, you know. This deli is my go-to spot for tacos. Every single time I go, I get the cecina asada (steak) quesadillas ( it’s crunchy tacos) and it never disappoints. The flavor is always on point, seasoned perfectly, and cooked just right. If you go, make sure you get the green sauce i recommend you call before you go so it’s ready!”

“Convenient and local. Was at work in the area and came in for a coffee realizing I was famished I ordered at the Kiosk. A burger and fries. Order came fast but then I
realized I they had a new beverage a fruity refresher. Went back but to the register to only realize that they dont tend to the register as they do the Kiosk orders. After waiting for about 6 mins I decided to drink the Sparking water in my bag and just leave. I only do McDonalds about 2 times a year if I do. The burger and fries were made accordingly for fast-food.”

Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!”

“I didnt eat there but my band soft spot played a show there. The band Lo Lux put it on and they did a fantastic job hosting, running sound and being one of the best bands I've played with !
As for the bar itself the staff was fantastic ! barely a wait for a drink even with a packed bar ! If you have a severe peanut allergey this may not be the place for you as they serve peanuts like a bar would serve pretzels with the shells being thrown to the floor. All in all aside from the peanut situation I would definitely recommend going and if you're lucky enough to catch Lo Lux, well you will have struck gold.”

“Incredible cocktail/beer bar with a completely original vibe. I've been coming here since they opened in 2015 and it's been a consistently fun experience. Beyond their great cocktail/beer lineup, their greatest offering is perhaps the unique array of frozen drinks that start up in Spring and last until the autumn. Frozen paper planes, penicillins, a boozy take on a mango lassi (!)...and so much more. And a hell of a backyard to boot...you simply gotta go here.”

Also wanted to give a huge shout out to the jazz band on Sundays. They’re incredible musicians and really elevate the experience.

The food is made fresh everyday so I recommend trying it out.”

The food crushes as well (I'll legit fight your mom for that smash burger) and the drinks are somehow always quick to arrive even when it's busy. We went with the matcha because it wasn’t overly sweet and had a nice earthy flavor without being bitter. The mochi was wrapped around the scoop of ice cream adding a textural element to the experience.”
