The best NY style bagels EVER. end your search this is the spot. Perfect chewy outside soft inside and not to mention they are massive. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and they have decadent homemade cream cheese to pair it with. The bacon egg and cheese and the lox bagel are my two favorite sandwiches they make. I always take home jalapeño bagels and Garlic herd cream cheese. Try fresh squeezed OJ!!!

The bagels here are exceptional--larger and more substantial than others, it became the standout feature of my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The store buzzes with a lively, somewhat chaotic energy that surprisingly functions well. While space can be limited during peak hours, seating is available. Prices lean towards the higher end, yet remain reasonable.

The bagels would have been great had I gotten my actual order. I ordered 8 everything, 4 sesame , 2 cinnamon raisin. Instead I was given 2 cinnamon raisin, 2 blueberry, 2 pumpernickel, 3 everything, 1 whole Lotta, 1 onion, and 1 salt bagel. We live on Long Island and had a soccer tournament nearby so we decided to check it out on our way home. Didn't realize the order was wrong until we got home and my daughter went to get her sesame bagel and there were only 2. She wanted to take the others 3 back to college. I was so impressed by how quick the service was that I took the bag I was handed and walked to the car bragging how nice and quick they were. I guess maybe they need to slow down and check the orders for accuracy.

Amazing little coffee shop. The bagels here are so delicious! I'll add photos of the ones we got. But honestly I don't think you can go wrong with any option on the menu. We even got an iced mocha drink and that was delicious as well. The staff was jokey and fun to speak with which is always nice. And it's right on a busy street. Only issue was looking for parking. But great for walking around the town. Overall, highly recommend and would love to be back!

Bagel was SO big and SO good! I got a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread. Simple, delicious, and filling. Couldn't ask for anything more!

The bagels are great and it can get busy especially on a Saturday morning. So many flavors of cream cheese and fresh made bagels to choose from. You just have to keep going until you try them all.

Placed two orders from this wonderful place. One on 2/14 and one on 2/18. My godson was visiting from Florida and I wanted him to have fresh New York bagels. The two times the bagels were still warm. The bagels were huge. My Godson took some home to Florida. I recommend this place to everyone. The cream cheese was also good I recommend the scallion bacon one.The bagels were so good didn't have time to take any pictures.
Brooklyn bagel was the best bagel I have ever eaten. I purchased a pumpernickel bagel with tofu cream cheese. I love that they offer a non dairy option for cream cheese. They run a tight ship here. The workers are great, and they have a well-oiled system. However.... my biggest beef is that I like my bagels TOASTED, and yet, every time I asked for a TOASTED bagel, all I get is a bagel, that, while 'warm', has Not been toasted. I don't like doughy/chewy bagels. I want my bagel to have a bit of 'crunch' when I bite into it. I'm not sure why, but clearly they Can't or Won't toast our bagels, even when we ask them to. Also note that, like many businesses now, they charge you extra money if you pay with a credit card, and this extra charge means you also pay more in sales tax. So if you pay with credit card, you will end up paying around $2.00 over the advertised price, between the credit card charge and the sales tax (say for a bagel with the works....lox, etc.)

Consistently great bagels. Every. Time. Their cream cheeses are good to great. I usually just buy a half dozen to go with some CC on the side. Breakfast for a week.

Back in NY for the holidays, one of the few things you miss from here is a good bagel and pizza. When Brooklyn Bagel first opened up, it was a great place to have breakfast, and you could always count on having a good bagel. But thru the years, service and quality has gone down. An everything bagel with lox spread is now 7 and change, we can understand inflation. But there is no reason why a customer has to walk back to a store to complain about the amount of lox spread that was placed on the bagel. When I did, the young lady showed it to the guy servicing the bagels, and then he questions me, and I said yes I ordered an everything bagel lightly toasted with lox spread, look at it, would you pay the amount I did for the amount on it, he takes the same bagel added more to it, wrapped it with the same wrapper without the bag, hands it to me and I said thank you. I get home, the same lightly toasted bagel had the same amount of spread on it, but he added lox to it and it is now cold. I am not walking back to the store to confront the same employees and manager there today. In fact, I won't be going to your store front anymore!
