This place used to be my go to Indian delivery but after today I don't think I'll ever want to order from here again! I was told my order would arrive 45 mins later. 1 hour goes by and still no food. When I tried calling, the man said 10 more minutes. Still nothing. I called again after 30 mins, clearly very upset and asked for a refund. He did not even apologize for the wait or offer a credit. No food was delivered. Terrible customer service!
I typically have great experiences with takeout orders. This is the first time that I place an order through delivery.com, and I really regret it. It’s been over an hour and I haven’t received my order. I wonder if the restaurant is in fact closed today, and they didn’t bother to reflect it on Google. I’ve called multiple times and have reached the answering machine.
