Some people there are very nice and professional especially during the day/afternoon, but overall the wait is long 30 minutes to over an hour, and several of the wait staff have been very rude and unprofessional. There has been theft of orders here, and the management does not make it right by remaking the orders. I often see people standing around. You go through the drivethrough, and to protect their time, they ask you to pull up and wait for up to an hour. At 7 am they aren't ready with the food. I waited 45 minutes one morning and they still hadn't even made the coffee. They were just standing around then very rude about the wait. Evening shift is bedlam. Many people are having long waits, it's not just me. Their food isn't worth an hour. You'd be better off to get food at a Taco Bell in another town then go to the Taco Bell in Auburn.

This tace bell is the worst one for 100 + miles. I ordered online and paid for extra sides do you think they put them in? Nope. On the side? Nope. Missing both my drinks. Got a crunchwrap I NEVER ordered but it's BURNT, Like why is so hard TO READ the order and put it together? This place is absurd. I should have went to Mesa grande.

Food was good at this location in Auburn NY. But why don't they put the boxes in bags at the drive thru window? They easily open up and when we asked the employee for bags, they respond with they don't have bags. This has happened 3 times at this location.

Please prioritize delivery drivers. Every time I come here I have to wait a really long time. And it happens every time. No one ever acknowledges my existence, a hi we're working on your order would be appreciated. Perhaps ask what order we're waiting for. I don't understand how other employees can just let a human being stand there for so long without saying hi.

Went to grab a party pack for quick dinner. Asked for 6 hard, 6 soft, just meat, cheese, and sour cream. Came home 6 soft tacos had lettce! The receipt said no lettce! Hardly no meat in the soft so it was just a vegan soft taco. The girl who took the my order very polite and precise. Paid for $48.00 worth of dinner to not enjoy it.

Food was given away after waiting 30min then not even completed the second time then stuck in the parking lot another 20min because the drive thru wraps around infront of the parking lot. And the kiosk is retaaaarrrrddddeeeddd!

***UPDATE: the owner contacted me and sincerely apologized. He made things right. Thank you very much Doug.If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited in the store for over 30 minutes for our food. This is not a fast food restaurant… No one apologized. There were about 15 customers also waiting for food, no one received their food. When we left a man had been waiting over 45 minutes for his food, no one apologized or addressed the situation. Disgusting customer service. There were about 15 employees back there moving like snails and lots of them standing around as well. When customers walked in the cashier standing around doing nothing would say “I’ll be right with you” and would go back to standing around and doing nothing. It was quite comical how awful this customer service was. Better management is needed, if there is any management at all. Do not go to this Taco Bell!!

I sent my disapproval to Taco Bell online, but I figured I would write a review here also. I also hope that they 4-5 that waited right along with me write reviews!! I opened several stores in my time with Taco Bell (Geneva, Canandaigua, and near a store near Galleria Mall) in mid-late 90's. The Auburn, NY store is notorious for slow service, but today (12/1/23) at 5pm me and 4-5 other people waited 20-30 minutes for our food. When I got my food it was cold, wet AND incorrect!!! 2-3 of us talked to manager and he was empathetic and apologetic BUT the rest of his crew did not seem to awfully bothered by the slow inaccurate service they were providing. I actually felt a little bad for the manager because he was working and that was evident but the surrounding people just didn't seem to...... care!! joking, chatting and obviously not paying attention. The drive thru person looked on top of her game but the 2 line crews physically present but appeared to be not there mentally!

This place sucks. Was in the drive thru for 35 mins. Asked what was taking so long and no one could tell me. People behind me in line were coming up and asking me what’s going on and knocking on the window to figure out the issue. On top of that the food was cold. Honestly this location should be shut
