You would expect a lot of these desserts to be very heavy but they actually are not crazy. Everything is just flavored perfectly you would thing a brownie crammed with a rainbow cookie would be very rich surprisingly it was just right. They really hit it out of the park with everything. My only wish is that you could get smaller portions of the regular cookies I didn't feel like shelling oit $20 for a pound while I was already trying all this other stuff. “Really cool! Lots of options and is open super late. Went in at 9 pm and they had so many options even late at night. This is the only barley I know open until midnight or late. Got the chocolate dipped cheesecake, good quality cheesecake, I do wish the chocolate it was dipped became more of a shell but it was super good and rich.“

A few years back, the son vin took over and vamped it up a little.They offer some delicious cakes, pasties, and baked goods. “I came to the bakery on Easter Sunday early in the morning after going by a local bakery and seeing a huge line. I remembered someone recommending this bakery so I drove up the road and decided to stop by and give them a try. My first impression of the well decorated simple and the cakes and desserts really stood out. They even had a section for dog treats that were made for the pups. The customer service was exceptional. The young lady who helped me with my pretty large order considering I was going to two Easter festivities and was in charge of dessert was beyond helpful very patient and very welcoming. When I arrived, of course I took time looking at the cakes and desserts that they had to offer and I was unable to make a choice. I finally did make a choice and decided on the bunny cake, which is white or vanilla cake with chocolate and buttercream, and I also got a rainbow cookie cake, which was phenomenal not dry, it was delicious I also got the assortment of Italian pastry, platters with cannoli Napoleons and tarts, and those were delicious as well. I got a small box of cookies which were good as well as a box of assorted donuts, and linzor tart. I wish I would've taken pictures of everything that I purchased, but unfortunately I didn't. I must say everything that I tried. I had a small sampling at the different events. I went to that day and I must say I was not disappointed at all by anything that I purchased, the lobster tail was delicious. It was right amount of crunch. It was not soggy and the inside was just perfectly sweetened. I would recommend recommend and have been recommending this bakery to everyone I come across. I must say it's way better than it competitor which is down the road, but it's also a little slightly more expensive but like I've told everyone I rather pay a little more for gracious service a pleasant experience and a great product. Kudos I think I have my regular bakery and I hope to try other delicious treats from here very soon.“
“This was my second visit to this adorable shop. The displays are always filled with delightful treats and an amazing variety. Last time, we sampled one of each of their macarons. Perfection. From the feet on the macarons to the light but flavorful fillings, we knew we had to return for more treats. This visit the macaron shelf was filled with small individual cakes. We could not resist. We tried the carrot cake and red velvet cakes and I opted for a black and white cookie as well. Service was fast and the ladies at this shop are very amicable. I appreciate and value good service and this location is top notch. The store is clean and they have a drink station also. We will most definitely be coming back again. I just have to try the spritz cookies. I would like to perhaps get an assortment to try one of each.“

“I live in Florida and was recently talking to my brother how you can’t get good crumb cake here. Entenmans is garbage and he told me about Brooklyn delight. I placed an order for four crumb cakes cakes and 12 muffins. Needed to try the crumb cake, Could not wait until the morning.I will say I’m New York City born and raised and have gotten great product from local bakeries for many years while living up there. This crumb cake is the very best I have ever had, haven’t tried the muffins yet but I’m hoping they be as good. Can’t get a good corn muffin down here so I’ll keeping my fingers crossed. I was concerned about the packaging and shipping. They did an absolutely great job. No damage to the product at all.“
“Great little greek bakery. They also have packaged items from Greece and frozen foods. I took my 90 year old mother there, and the 2 women working in the store were super friendly and helpful. We found many items that aren't readily available in most stores. The baked goods were excellent, we bought baklava, galatobureko, spanakopita and tiropita. I recommend all of them. Again, the women working there were very friendly and helpful, beautiful on the outside and on the inside. My mother was very happy that we stopped at this place. Thank you for a great experience.“

“We made it back to Long Island after 6 years. So much has changed but not Cieslak's Modern Bakery. It has been our favorite for years and still is the best. Everything from their rolls, breads, cakes, donuts and other goodies are absolute delicious. All of their goods are super fresh and baked to perfection and the cakes are pretty as a picture. We had to put in an order for our return to Texas including our daughters favorites. We left with 3 boxes full of goodies. Crumb buns, raisin buns, and bear claws. We would've ordered more but there was no place to put it. Buttered rolls for our trip to the airport. One of our carry ons was our package from Cieslak's. “Europian way to make pastries, bread and cookies. Amazing taste of chocolate and fruits cakes. We took three different cakes to try and all three were good. One of them was legendary “drunk sour cherry” with cherries soaked in cognac and thick layer of chocolate on a top. Such a great combination! The second was with the layer of raspberries in jelly. Mild and slightly sour taste of raspberries makes you think that it’s still summer outside. The third one was plain soft cake with whipped cream and mix of berries and fruits: kiwi, blackberries, oranges, raspberries, strawberries and grapes. You will love it. Believe me. Delicious cake! We didn’t stop on cakes and took two different loaves of bread. One with seeds and the other one with onions and olives. It smells and tastes like authentic Italian bread. I was really excited to find this bakery on my trip to Long Island. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They give you chance to taste a piece of bread to figure out if you want it. My best recommendations to everyone who is looking for sweets and a good quality of bread.“

“I was in search of a Colombian bakery and this one is excellent! I'm not an expert but I highly recommend the empanadas and the almojabana. Both were freshly made when I went in the morning. The almojabana was just perfection: crispy on the outside but soft and so cheesy on the inside. The empanadas were super tasty too: packed filling of potato and meat. The sweet pastries (got pineapple and guava) were standard but not as amazing as the savory goods.“
