Staff is always friendly and very understanding with my picky order for my iced late. I want to thank the entire staff for being awesome! Shout out to Crystal apologized for not adding the flavor to my late, it was remade. When I tried that late, that was pretty white/light in color. This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to clean and very courtesy the people that work there are very friendly and got my order right the first time I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts, and this one is top rated on any other Dunkin' Donuts I've been to and I thought maybe it was just the one person working there that was friendly so I dropped by the next day since I was in the town for a couple of days And no same service as the day before fast friendly and courtesy. I visit this Dunkin' location once or twice a week and I have been doing so for years. I also travel a lot and frequent many other Dunkin locations all over NY State. The Baldwinsville Dunkin on Genesse St. (and its professional staff) can best be described by one word, EXCEPTIONAL!
