I do not think the play area has been deep cleaned since it was openned. It is absolutely disgusting, dust and grime in all the cracks and black marks from feet all over the inside of the climbing structure. There is no way a staff member that cares has been up there recently to look, let alone scrub. There are 4 staff member on their phones in the back, floors covered in food and trash, trashcans both in and out are full, no napkins. I was here pre dinner and no one else was...read full review
Absolutely disappointed in the fact that I walk all the way from my household in ballston spa and to my surprise when I arrive at 8 PM, the inside is closed at 10PM, the signs provided on the lobby door say 6AM-10PM, absolutely dissatisfied with the management and staff of this

We took our Grandchildren here for some supper and to play on the playground. They had fun playing. The food was all cold because they never brought it to our table in the play area. I'm just glad that the kids aren't old enough to know better.
