Center Street is open randomly which complicates eating here. We got some grilled wings which were good, and it comes with their version of cheddar bay biscuits when you sit down. Good thing because nothing here is very fast. The pulled chicken was dry and drowning in cumin, tasted mexican and not like bbq. The pulled pork was also pretty dry. Brisket was average at best. I loved the food, ambiance and friendly staff. The brisket portion was generous and tender, and the side of hushpuppies was crispy and addictive with a slightly peppery bite. Special thanks to Sam, who took my order and was charming and generous, and to Olivia, who prepared the brisket just the way I like it. I will be back!

Our server was Drew! He was LITERALLY the best!!! We moved up here from Buffalo and have been looking for a replacement for out usual spot FatBobs. Sooooo happy we found this place. Highly recommend the Rotisserie chicken, Brisket, sweet potato fries, corn bread WITH maple butter. Can't wait to come back!!
