“We love this place and eat here about every other week. The combination of the food, service and the laid-back atmosphere makes this place a home run. (I've had better Thai food, but not around here!) Their entrees are VERY reasonably priced and the servings are nice portions. My daughter loves the Drunken Noodles and my wife's favorite is the Pad Thai. I prefer the curry's and also love the spicy shrimp with string beans and jasmine rice. The waiter is so nice and attentive. We never feel rushed or ignored.We've had most of the appetizers and really loved the fried calamari with the Thai sauce. The spring rolls are also excellent.The duck pancakes were good as are ALL the dumplings! The chicken satay was dry and I just wasn't a fan of the Indian bread.And don't forget the green tea or one of the special Thai teas to go along with your meals.“
“This morning, I went with my disabled son and his aide and his psychologist to eat there. We're trying to get back to pre-Covid days with excursions in the community, especially if we can work on social skills like eating in public, signing, etc.A man came by. He had some developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues, and he was talking - but I wasn't sure to whom. He was distressed and talking about his case worker. The store staff person who had taken our order came up to him, was talking to him, and escorted him outside, where they made a call. It seemed the man was alone and waiting for the case worker, who wasn't there. So the store person made a call for him and then stayed outside chatting with him to be sure he was OK until the right person arrived in front of the store to pick him up.This could have been a very hard situation for the man, who was already upset and could have become lost or been involved in a negative incident with others who did not understand him. Instead, thanks to the store staff (including a manager who also went to help), he was treated with respect and helped to be safe and to connect with the case worker who was involved with his life.THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE PANERA BREAD STAFF AT THE BAY SHORE, LONG ISLAND (NY) MALL.“
“A very pleasant experience. A small dine-in Thai restaurant in Nesconset/Smithtown.What makes this place so unique is their attention to “spice level”. We have been ordering take out from here for years, and this was our first time eating there. Enjoying the food straight from the kitchen definitely elevated our favorites!If you enjoy duck, this is a must try! Our second favorite was the fried vegetable dumplings. They were crispy triangles that reminded me of crispy rice!The desserts were a special treat that you can’t get anywhere else.Staff was super helpful and it has a real local vibe. I agree it is in fact a healthier version of the classic Chinese fast food genre.Clearly they use high quality ingredients.We used the website to place our order and then went to pick up the food. We were 6 people. Every order was spot on and perfectly matched what we had requested.Seasoning was my only minor complaint. My noodle dish had, faintly, an odd sweetness to it that most resembled maple syrup. Still, easily 4/5 and my friend's dishes were better. I recommend trying this place!“

“We have been coming here for as long as I can remember. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and nice. It's always such a pleasure if we're with 2 people or 10. The food has never once been bad and they always give you more than you can handle! Once time we even caterered from them and us and our guests were so happy with the quality of the food. The cabbage that comes with it in the red saucy thing is the best I've ever had. They have a variety on their menu and they do take credit card for all you non-cash people!“

“We went around 3PM on Thursday. The waitstaff was really nice and patient.We Ordered The Spring rolls with the lettuce wrap. Those are my favorite.And a combination beef pho bowl.The pricing is alittle high Compared to chinatown but overall not bad for the location. It was about 32$ with a Thai iced tea. Only complaint was that it was mostly beef balls. But but was 2$ more for the combo meat but Didn't have the rare beef strips or tendons for my friend to try. It was his first time and he likes his meat haha. It was good for me tho since I never ate the meat haha I'd just eat the noodles with plenty of lemon and Sriracha.Maybe they were out or low on ingredients . It happens. Everything was great tho. I think we went at a great time. It wasn't too busy. There was like 3 or 4 tables went we went.But the place looked nice and the people were professional.Other than the pricing the food was pretty legit. And they gave enough lettuce for wraps. “Excellent experience. I ordered 2 dinners to go (chicken scampi & spaghetti w/meat sauce) & was quite impressed on how everything was packaged so perfectly. The portions were a great size. I couldn't believe that each dinner came with your choice of soup or salad AND bread sticks! I chose the salad & it was big. My fiance chose the pasta fagioli & that was also big. The food was delicious & we both ate 3 times each out of our food because that's how much food we were given. And what REALLY impressed me was how i only spent $34.50 (chicken $21 + pasta $13.50) and received all that food. I'm used to going to my local pizzeria/restaurant & paying almost $40 for the same type dishes WITHOUT salad and/or soup. Granted, you get a piece of plain ole Italian bread but here you get those awesome buttery garlic bread sticks with your meal. When I've ordered from my local place, I got a chicken dinner ($21), pasta w/meat sauce ($18) & a small salad ($8). Do the math...$47. Here, not only is the food soon good but I save about $12 AND get another soup or salad as well. Also, the girl that gave me my food & rung me up was very sweet & friendly. I highly recommend O.G.“
