“The wife and I stopped in for date night during Bayshore restaurant week. It's a nice spot, cozy environment, table spread is a good distance away from the next, it's clean and comfortable. They do get busy so get there early or make a reservation. We had the seasonal spread and shoshito pepper appetizers which were both very good, lots of flavor. I ordered the Shrimp and grits and even though I've never been a grits eater, I was pleasantly surprised. The shrimp and grits was incredibly good and had a ton of flavor. I ordered a classic margarita which was executed perfectly and the wife enjoyed her salad and mocktails as well. I would highly recommend this place and am certainly going back! Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Linwood!”

“We went for my Mom's birthday dinner and we had a good time. Our server Spencer was lovely and the place had a nice atmosphere despite the lighting. It was very empty this Sunday evening but it took quite a while for our meals to come. The food was great with decent portions for the price. The chicken meatballs were filling and the passion fizz drink was tasty.My mom got an orange and vanilla creme brulee for her birthday on the house that she absolutely enjoyed. Just wish they had more non pork options and meals more kid friendly on the menu (we weren't the only party with children while we were there so definitely considered a family friendly establishment).”

I chose a custom salad with adobo chicken and a slew of toppings and even a decent portion of guacamole on it for no extra cost. Their Chicken quesadilla was huge and well balance with my choice ingredients. There's absolutely nothing wrong with Qdoba, they do everything right. I believe prices to portion ration is fair. The only downside I think is that possibly they just don't stand out enough vs the competition. I definitely recommend this place.”

(I've had better Thai food, but not around here!) Their entrees are VERY reasonably priced and the servings are nice portions. My daughter loves the Drunken Noodles and my wife's favorite is the Pad Thai. I prefer the curry's and also love the spicy shrimp with string beans and jasmine rice. The waiter is so nice and attentive. We never feel rushed or ignored.We've had most of the appetizers and really loved the fried calamari with the Thai sauce. The spring rolls are also excellent.The duck pancakes were good as are ALL the dumplings! The chicken satay was dry and I just wasn't a fan of the Indian bread.And don't forget the green tea or one of the special Thai teas to go along with your meals.”

The rolls were beautifully made, and came out super fast.Pricing was perfect for a sushi restaurant, $8-$18 a roll and the appetizers were in the same range.”

The bartender let us try anything on the board, and one of our friends was part of the Hidden Treasure Secret Society, he got a free flight (hiddentreasureli.com). We were definitely an eclectic crew in terms of drinks and not one person was disappointed. I had the Dub Club 2023 a hazy IPA most delicious. Another a pink looking sour, super sour for my taste but my bestie loved it. But for future they do allow you to bring food which is pretty amazing nowadays.”

Their poppy seed rolls are so fresh and their eggs are always cooked to order. The quality of their bacon and cheese complement the eggs so eloquently to make this BEC sandwich the best tasting in Suffolk County. My mom says their chicken salad is very tasty too and their lunch sandwich options are banging! The workers are very kind and make your order just the way you like it without any flaws. They have a large fridge with plenty of beverage options and a coffee station to brew up the Joe prepared to your liking! The vibe inside reminds you of home if you're from the island.”

There’s often a killer food truck parked outside, and we always make it a point to attend Sundaze at the brewery, the last Sunday of every month - such an awesome weed-friendly event. “One of my go-to sushi spots for a few reasons. The price is a huge driving factor, especially in this economy sheesh! I'll keep it brief though, this sushi spot is right off the service road on the I-27. It may look a bit awkward on the inside because they share the location with a chinese take-out spot so both establishments are essentially connected at the hip. I love their lunch special here: Any 3 classic rolls & either soup, salad, or soda for under $15. They stuff these rolls too so I can never finish my meal in one sitting. I will say you pay for what you get however, this sushi is tasty but it definitely isn't the best sushi available. It is the most convenient and affordable though and for those reasons I will continue coming here when I need a quick sushi fix.”

Dani, the events coordinator was outstanding, efficient and always quick to answer any questions. Our gathering of 70 people in their party room with golf simulators, a pool table and darts, was such a fun vibe to our special day. Members of the team; Cole, James & Debbie, went above & beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying drinks and food was nicely served. The service was outstanding, food was delicious and a great variety of drink options. The wings in habanero sauce tasted fresh and not fried. My wife’s shrimp roll was excellent.We found our new happy place.The ONLY comment is that the space was a bit “dark” during the afternoon. Our eyes had to adjust to the outside, but better low light than bright light.The team behind Coastal and Verde have done it again!!! Bravo!!”
