The textbook definition of a hidden gem. Easy to miss but thank God I stumbled upon the best egg tart of my life. The Macau style is different from what I've grown up with but is definitely worth a try and I try to treat myself once a week. I also enjoy their iced coffee and the cheesecake shaped like a cheese.

So I never noticed this little spot so close to home, but I was walking past one day to go to dinner, and when I saw this little cheesecake in the window, I was obsessed. I had to go try it and it did not disappoint. I seriously don't know how they made this little slice of deliciousness, but it was great. The shop is tiny tiny tiny and clean! They have a small selection of delicious looking items. The girl that helped me was super nice and I would definitely go back someday and try something else.

While I've sampled many different items from this tiny dessert shop off Bell Blvd, all of which have been delicious, the real MVP is their famous egg tart. Seriously the best I have EVER had, it makes me wish they were open other days besides Friday through Sunday. Their egg tarts are so popular, they often sell out by the end of the day so be sure to get there early! They're huge, creamy, and thick - much better than any of the ones I've gotten on Main Street in Flushing. There's a unique type of satisfaction I get from biting into one of them and simultaneously enjoying the pleasure of the warm soft center and the firm dense crust. Docked a star for how expensive they are, but honestly I don't mind paying the price most days.

I wish there would be more kinds of new breads coming out like every weekend cuz I've tried almost all the breads here already. There are not many breads.

It's a tiny bakery tucked between a spa and a restaurant. No table and probably can't fit more than 5 people inside. But boy....those baked good are so delicious. The best Portuguese egg tart!! I had the Earl Grey pound cake last time but they were sold out. Also, after talking to the owner, found out they only open Fri-Sun because they prep their goods from Mon-Thur. So will need to come on Fri to make sure everything's available.

Put away your beakers and bunsen burners! The only element not on the periodic chart yet is "Bbang" for deliciousness. Bbang lab must have a mad culinary scientist pumping out these nifty creations. This cute and tiny little bakery may be small in size, but delivers big on flavor. The portuguese tarts are out of this world good. The Dacquoise sandwiches are chewy and delightful as well. There is a good variety of treats to choose from and the bakery presents itself warm and inviting. They only operate on Friday-Sunday between 11-6pm so come early as the tarts sell out especially fast.

This is only a grab and go store. There is only standing room to purchase items for takeout.I will say I DO NOT like scones. Never had a good one...before this store! The matcha scone here is actually super good with a deep rich matcha flavor. They have a cute cheesecake that looks like a wedge of cheese and that was great. The lemon cake and earl gray mini pound cake was also delicious. Will most likely stop by when around the area to try their other stuff. Highly recommended.

What a cute and quaint bakeshop! This take-out only shop offers adorable and unique pastries. The cheesecake with graham crackers in the middle was delightful, although I wished it was more concentrated and intact, rather than being loose. I loved it nonetheless! I also loved their matcha white scone. But the real star for me was their EGG TART, simply perfect! I'll definitely be back to try their lemon bbang and indulge in the egg tart again.

Such a lovely small business. Extra points for the details in making it cute and inviting. The selections ranged from egg tart, pound cake, cookies, cakes, and other sweet and not so sweet pastries. Thanks for the sweet afternoon break.

No need to go to Macao. Their Portuguese egg tarts are to die for. They also have some other pastries, not much though. They are all so cut and great gift items.
